I come to work by 7.00am before the driver comes to work. I plan my day first thing in the office, i personally supervise all the office operations, I answer all office calls and prepare all office documents including proposals, memo, query, letters

I make sure my driver doesn't follow any new routes apart from my familiar routes, I recruit and train my workers myself, I insist on a particular system of research, I do all bank transactions and pay my workers myself, I make sure I balance the account by the end of the monthI work till 7.30pm everyday after all my workers have gone, atimes I take some of the work home to make sure that there are no mistakes. I go to Bed very tired and also wake up tired. My family keep complaining of minimal attention

TIME MANAGEMENTCONTEST FOR EFFECTIVE DELEGATIONTIME EXPOSED!!! Time is not money or a commodity, it cannot be bought or bartered.

Time is life. To waste your time is to waste your life.

Time management is really self-management with respect to time.

Management of time is a fundamental responsibility of every leader.

Time spent reflects values held.

TIME EXPOSED!!!THE TRUTH!!!

IF YOU DONT DELEGATEYOUD KILL YOURSELF

EXCERPTS FROM MY BOOKCHAPTER 8: TIME & LIFE MANAGEMENT In the end, youre measured not by how much you undertake, but by what you finally accomplish.

The best that an individual can do is to concentrate on what he can do, in the course of a burning effort to do it better.

Failing organization are usually over-managed and under-led.Good management consists in showing average people how to do work of superior people.

Hire people smarter than you and get out of the way.

EFFECTIVE DELIVERYCONTEST FOR EFFECTIVE DELEGATION

When the CEO told me it was my job to launch a new media department, I took him seriously. I assumed this initiative was my responsibility and that I had the authority to make the necessary decisions. It turns out I was wrong. My CEO clearly did not understand delegation and insisted on having the final say at every turn. People stopped coming to me for decisions, since they knew, that unless the CEO was involved, whatever I said was likely to be changed. I dont blame them my authority has really been undermined by someone who functions as a micromanager!
