Ms.Rajini Reddy – Director, Education Services

Rajini Reddy is the Managing Director of Exemplarr Worldwide Limited in addition to being a board of director

of MARG Limited. Her contributions as a Business Leader and Entrepreneur have won her various awards

including the recent India Today 'Business Wizards' of Tamil Nadu that recognized 12 outstanding business

women in the region.

She is a graduate of Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, she also holds an

Engineering Degree from Sri Venkateshwara University, AP

M. K. Padmanabhan, Strategic Advisor – Education, Research and Innovation

M.K Padmanabhan has over 33 years of blended experience in R&D, techno marketing, aerospace engineering,

automotive engineering, educational services etc. He is a PhD in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology,

Bombay. His previous assignments were with Mahindra Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd, Mahindra Aerospace Pvt.

Ltd.(USA, Europe,Jordan, Australia), DSQ Software Ltd, BOS Calleo-a Swiss Company in Financial / Banking

Services, Plexion technologies, subsidiary of JP Morgan, Aeronautical Development Agency, Government of India,

ISRO etc. M.K Padmanabhan was also a Vice Chancellor for Dr.MGR Educational & Research Institute, Deemed

University, Chennai. During his tenure as VC he has been honored with many awards which includes 'Distinguished

Achievement Award' from ISRO; He has been selected for the distinguished 'Aerospace Entrepreneur Award',

Karnataka, He has multiple publications on various national and international Journals to his credit

P.K.SRIDHARAN , Strategic Advisor – Education, Research and Innovation

P.K Sridharan is a techno-commercial business leader with 35 years of experience. He is an M.tech from Indian

Institute of Technology, Kanpur. P.K Sridharan has expertise in Global Service Delivery, Operations Efficiency

Improvement, Integrated Business processes & Automation, Product Development Management, Change

Management, Business Process Improvement, Risk Management of IT Projects, Large Program Management etc.

His previous assignments were with Electronics Corporation of India (ECIL), ORG Systems, Baroda, Philips India,

DSQ Software Ltd etc. In his last assignment he was designated as Executive Director & Chief Mentor with

Hexaware Technologies Ltd.

Prasanna, President and Founder - Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music

Prasanna is one of the most acclaimed guitarists/composers in the world today. He is an engineering graduate from

Indian Institute of Technology and Magna-Cum-Laude graduate from Berklee College of Music. He pioneered

performing Carnatic music on the guitar; He also composed for an Oscar winning film. Besides being an

internationally acclaimed guitarist in contemporary Jazz, Rock and Blues, he is an entrepreneurial visionary in the

business of creative music and education.

Prof. Jaffer AA Khan - Director, MIDAS

Prof. Jaffer AA Khan has more than 25 years of experience in architectural practices. He graduated from the

Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning UCL in 1985, specialising in Environmental Design.

Achievements and distinctions:

• Gold medalist in architecture from the University of Madras

• Recipient of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Award, New Delhi (1983)

• Scholarships from the Aga Khan Foundation, Geneva and Sir Herbert Henry Bartlett Scholarship (1984)

• Chartered member of several prestigious institutions like - The Royal Institute of British Architects

(RIBA), London, The Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA), Australia, and Fellow of Royal

Society of Arts (FRSA), London

• Delivered lectures in field of architecture at various prestigious universities in India and abroad

Dr N. Saraswathi, Correspondent - MARG NAVAJYOTI VIDYALAYA

Dr Saraswathi is one of the most well-known exponents of geography in India. She is an M.Sc., in geography, M.A.

in English, M.Ed., M.Phil and PhD in geography from the University of Madras.

In her long distinguished career, she has co-authored several geography text books for the Tamil Nadu Text Book

Society (from 2003) for Std XI, and Stds VI & VIII for matriculation schools (2007 and 2009). As a member of the

NCERT committee, New Delhi, she has also been instrumental in framing the subject's evaluation techniques.

She has rich experience in managing International Exchange Programs .From 2007-2008, she headed the program

to the Warden Park School in West Sussex, UK. In 2010 she visited the Oathall community college in Middle

Sussex as part of the Global curriculum grant by the British Council.

She has been the recipient of many prestigious awards like 'the long service award' from the Rotary Club of Madras

in 2001-02 , 'the Vocation Excellence Award' from the Rotary Club of Pallava in 2008, 'Radhakrishnan Award' for

the best teacher in 2006 from the Government of Tamil Nadu, 'Vidhya Ratna award' from the Lions Club of T.Nagar,

Chennai in 2007 and 'Vidya Jothi Award' from Padma Sarangapani School, Chennai also in 2007.

Rangapriya Goutham – Associate Vice President, Education Services

Ms. Goutham has over 17 years of extensive experience in the education and training. She has worked in US, UK

and Singapore markets and was instrumental in opening up the learning services market for Aptech Worldwide

Corporation in the United States. Ms. Goutham has held senior positions at Aptech Computer Education, SSI

Limited, Tata Infotech Limited

She is a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore ( IIMB ) and has many

other industry certifications in Quality Assurance, Public Relations and Computer Applications to her credit.
