Outcome

Double Folder Output for each Edition, at the cost of Two simultaneous Individual Single Folder runs.

Time saved for carrying out Printing of another Edition. Less Wear and Tear, both Mechanical and Electrical. Costs saved from Pre- Press (CTP) to Post Press (FERRAG).

Many more combinations can be worked out if given green signal on the above theory.Ex. Bombay Times can run on Colorman C in the form of 2 individual and simultaneous single folder runs wherein one folder can run splits and the other normal run.

Decisions may have to be taken keeping in mind the cost cutting factor.

Cost and Estimation

If an approximation has to be quoted then we save approx 75% of the cost of running the editions separately, one after the other.

For Example:

If cost of running an Edition like Times Property Pune after printing Times Property Mumbai is approximately Rs 50,00,000.Then by implementing this Project we can save upto Rs 40,00,000 for that edition.
