Our editing process

This is our raw footage we have imported into iMovie and from here we have selected shots we wanted in the actual production.

This is footage we have not used in our production as this was blooper not a proper scene.

Most of these shots are longer than shots we have used in the production because we have used tool ‘’cut selection’’ in iMovie so that we can have best parts of each shots in our production. That’s the orange indicator under raw footage this shows how much we have used of our footage in production.

This is screenshot of our production edited in iMovie. This screenshot is taken when we still haven't added our animated logo and our production wasn’t complete.

Green line underneath footage is our sound track we have found on royalty free music website. Using this in iMovie was good idea because we could adjust and cut length etc of our sound.

Blue lines above our footage are titles in the sequence and numbers next to them is length of the title in this shot.

This boxes are transitions we have used between our shots and between the flash back.

This is final project done I like to keep my projects organized therefore I have named the project by the production name and thumbnail is showing first few shots of the production.

1:38 is length of the production and length of entire thing.

This is footage I have edited in after Effects. This is scene where Villain is shooting at hero and what I have been doing here is motion tracking the shot so that muzzle flash matches the character shooting.

This is the actual footage and effects added.

This is final film that is edited and ready to add to the final production. Before that I have to render this.

Then when my footage is rendered I can find it on my computer and add it to the production. I save the file as .MOV so that I can import it without trouble.
