  • Dynamic datasets The small number of datasets have constantly changing contents as DEEWR adds/removes Elements Free access Condition of WPP Grant is that access is free and therefore this is reflected in design Expert HE Knowledge/No HE Knowledge need to establish a middle ground, but favoring Expert knowledge given the inherent nature of NatBes Security and auditing need to be internally firewalled within ECU so no un-authorised access can occur, even within ECU

  • User Pre-requisites for NatBes Basic computer competency Ability to work with raw data and import into relevant software spreadsheets, databases, SAS, SPSS etc Familiarity with Australian Higher Education Standards To integrate and optimize the use of NatBes, consideration was made to allow the importation of data from NatBes into data-warehouses. However, this conflicts with a range of privacy and confidentiality issues.
