Dear Brothers
Agreeable to your request I write by E Parsons to inform you that we are all well
at present and it appears to be a general time of health through the town only we have had suden
deaths. MrJonathan [Suthille?] has lost his wife and his mother Dayton Died quite suden V
Worthington has lost his wife she died in childbed and MrJohn Miller's widow there people have
all died in a short time of each other.
Father Ranger's family are well Brother Samuel has moved back with his family again he never
apeared to be contented after he went away untill he got consent of Father to return again how
they will agree now I don't know Father has given him half of his Property now and is to have all
after his disceased, we all send our love to you and shall expect some of you next fall and should
be glad to have you I had to give seven per cent I was trouble to get it and had not time to write
what per cent I give I told [Jonathan?] but suspect he forgot, we have settled amongst us but
could not cost the interest for any more than the note's read we have sent the notes by E Parsons
and you can see what the interest will be for seven per cent you must write to us as soon as you
can so I remain your Brother
