INDICATIONS:

CYTHRIN is indicated for treatment and control of ectoparasites like ticks, mites, midges, fleas, all

types of flies, and lice in farm animals, horses, poultry and dogs.

RECOMMENDED USAGE:

CYTHRIN is recommended to be applied as spray or dip according to the species in following

dilutions

Sheep and goats-

• Spray: Mix 1litre of ECTRAZ in 250 liters of water (0.05%).

PRIMECLEAN All- purpose Surfactant and Detergent

(For preliminary cleaning of animal houses, slaughter machines and milk barns)

COMPOSITION:

An alkaline combination of anionic and non – ionic amphoteric surfactants, foam boosters and

sequesterants, with as pleasant citrus deodorant.

INDICATIONS:

Preliminary removal of biofilm, and organic matter such as droppings, dung, blood, milk, dried egg

contents, any refuse and caked feed or litter.

In a regular disinfection program, it should be followed by the application of a broad- spectrum

disinfectant.

Primeclean effectively removes protein and lipid residues from all the slaughter house and milking

equipments that may contaminate processed foodstuff.

RECOMMENDED USAGE:

Spraying- 0.5-1% solution (1:100 to 1:200; 65oC), to be sprayed at the rate of 500ml per m2,

using a low pressure lance.

Foaming- 2- 4% (1:25 to 1:50) solution, applied at the rate of 250ml per m2 by foam lance. Rinse

with clean water.

COMPOSITION:

A complex blend of Quaternary ammonium compound and nonionic surfactants.

INDICATION:

(For disinfection of milk processing plants and equipments)

COMPOSITION:

A stabilized equilibrated solution of Hydrogen peroxide, Acetic acid, and Peracetic acid

INDICATIONS:

PEROXID- 5 releases peroxides in contact with water, thus leading to sterilization. It is

recommended for milking parlours and processing plants, where frequent antibacterial treatment

is recommended.

DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE:

• Terminal sanitization of milk plant pipe work, flush plant with cold water and then add

PEROXID- 5 at 1 ml/liter of wash water (0.1%).

• Circulate at an ambient temperature for 10 minutes and then flush to drain.

• If bacterial contamination is a persistent problem; it can be increased to 15 ml/ liter (1.5%)

• Allow a contact time of about 5 minutes. Rinse with high pressure cold water. Repeat weekly.

Milk plant pipe work (Terminal sanitization and final rinse):

• Circulate Sanitol solution (300g per 100 liter hot wash water) for 5-8 minutes, and then drain the

solution to waste.

Milk Stones and Minerals:

• Following a scrub with an acidic cleaner (e.g. Tankleen), re- scrubs with Sanitol, as above.

Weekly treatment is recommended.

TANKARE Heavy Duty CIP Cleaner and Sanitizer

COMPOSITION:

Alkaline detergents, organic chlorine releasing agent, anti – caking agent, rust inhibitors and water

INDICATIONS:

For regular cleaning of protein and fat residues in the CIP system. It is highly bactericidal and is

unaffected by hard water.

RECOMMENDED USAGE:

• After milking, draw warm water through the plant to remove residual milk. Run the water to

waste. Continue rinsing until the return of water is not milk.

• Add TANKARE to the water in the wash trough at the rate of 150g /40 liters of water.

• Maintain wash temperature at 77 – 82oC to ensure proper chlorine release and cleaning to

occur. Regulate the size of Water trough in order to prevent loss of heat.

• Run initial return to waste and then re- circulate wash solution for 10 minutes.

• Run wash solution to wash and rinse with cold water.

• Use SANITOL as terminal disinfectant @ 300 gm per 100 liters rinse water.

COMPOSITION:

A blend of phosphoric acid, detergents and anti-foaming agents

INDICATIONS:

Removal of all mineral and milk stone deposits, acid sensitive microbes, and other organic matter

in the CIP system.

TANKLEEN is foam- suppressed and can therefore be used under conditions of high pressure

and turbulence.


• Mix 1 liter of TANKLEEN in 100 liters of water, and warm it to 37 oC.

• Scrub the tank and components with this solution.

• After giving a contact time of 5 minutes, rinse with clean water.

INDICATIONS:

Monvit-P is indicated during the first few days of life of chicken, period of peak production,

vaccination, recovery from infections, and after movement or transport of birds and large animals.


Poultry: 1gm per 4 ltrs of drinking water

Horses: 50- 75 gm per head per day

Cattle & camels: 75- 100gm per head per day

Sheep and goats: 5-10 gm per head per day

Lambs and Kids: 1- 2 gm per head per day

Calves and foals: 3- 5g per head per day

Note: All doses are recommended to be given for a week.

MONSEL Vitamin E & Selenium Injection

(Vitamin E and Selenium combination)

COMPOSITION:

Vitamin E (alpha Tocopheryl acetate) BP 68 mg

Selenium (as Sodium Selenite Pentahydrate) BP 1.5 mg

INDICATIONS:

Prevention and treatment of Vitamin E- Selenium deficiency syndrome in calves and lambs.


Ewes (for protection of lambs against deficiency): 2 ml per 45 kg bw by SC injection only after third

month of pregnancy.

New born Lambs: 0.5 ml by SC or IM injection, repeat after 2-4 weeks.

Old Lambs: 0.5 ml by SC or IM injection, repeat after 2-4 weeks.

Calves: 1-2 ml per 45 kg bw by IM injection only, repeat after 2-4 weeks.

WITHDRAWAL TIME:

Meat: Calves and lambs: Nil

Ewes: 28 days

Should not be used in ewes producing milk for human consumption.

VITALIN Multivitamin combination Injection

(Unique fat and water- soluble vitamins combination)

COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains:

Vit A 15,000 I.U., Vit D3 1000IU, Vitamin E 20 mg, Vit B110 mg, Vit B2 5 mg, Vit B6 3mg,

Nicotinamide 35 mg, Pantothenal 25 mg, Vit B12 50mcg

INDICATIONS:

VITALIN inj. is indicated for Prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies in animals,

particularly during periods of illness, convalescence and general debility.


Horses and Cattle: 20-30 ml, by IM route

Calves, Foals, and Sheep: 5-10 ml, by IM route

Weaners and Lambs: 2-5 ml, by IM route

The injection is to be repeated at intervals of 10 to 14 days.
