SUMMER CAMPAIGN 15/16Harrow CollegeI created artwork that incorporated the different subject areas that Harrow College had on offer. I focused the advertising around the photography and kept the information surrounding it subtle and simple in design, so the images could be more prominent.

FAST-E-TICKETS REBRANDFast-e-ticketsThe goal was to rebrand Fastetickets with a professional corporate look. I created an engaging logo by using bold colours with gradient effects, which gives it a modern look and feel. I made ‘e’ the focal point, which adds to the company’s identity. The purpose of the marketing materials was to reintroduce Fastetickets to a new and existing audience. To achieve this I designed the marketing materials to be coherent and visually appealing.

5 REASONS TO GO FAST

Research has proven that one of the best times to increase customer basket spend is at the initial point of purchase. Fastetickets gives you the power to sell products / services / merchandise during the ticket transaction.

Online shopping basket

DIGITAL TICKETING

Fastetickets allows you to sell tickets via a computer as well as using your mobile phone or tablet, whilst you are on the move or standing in the queue using a safe and secure payment service

An automatic email is sent to the customer which contains your ticket /barcode. You can print it out or show the barcode on a mobile device / phone or tablet.

You have an option to additionally send out an SMS if you would rather have your ticket sent to your mobile phone. An SMS ticket works in the same way as an email ticket.

A single ticket can be used for a single person or a group booking rather than having to use individual tickets for the entire group. You also have the option to split the tickets if some people are arriving later or separately.

2D barcodes are scanned on entrance showing the number of tickets, any pre-paid merchandise and validity of the ticket.

If you have purchased some pre-paid goods then a notification will appear when your ticket is validated and status of the items will not change until the 2D barcode is scanned on collection.

Rather than printing out your eticket why not have it sent to your mobile phone or tablet for authentication.

You have the ability to offer upgrades and discounts eg: store/café which can be redeemed when the 2D barcode is scanned enabling you to monitor the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns

Now you can authenticate tickets anywhere be it at an event, museum, gallery, music festival or an in-house seminar.

The app can be used to provide fast-track or VIP entry facilities to authenticate people in a queue and as a capacity enhancer during busy times with the use of no additional hardware, other than mobile phones.

The app runs a continuous updating process to and from your online system so once a ticket has been used / authenticated it is no longer available for entrance.

The app can also be used to validate people collecting pre-paid merchandise and to redeem discounts at the bar or in a gift shop for instance.

You can even use the app for random checks at an event and thereby help to minimise fraud.

Security can be enhanced by requiring a photo which could then be displayed to your operator at time of authentication (for high value tickets or high security environments.)

Our Mobile Turnstile app runs on Android based

mobile phones and tablets.

HOW TO FIND US

Our café is the ideal place to meet for a healthy breakfast or hearty lunch or maybe just a coffee and a quick snack. Open to the public seven days a week, the café serves a variety of hot and cold food and drinks as well as sweet treats, including cakes, muffins and pastries. The key themes for our menu are affordability, sustainability and healthy-eating.

Our menus are nutritional and varied, with all food being of the highest quality. Whether you are watching a live performance, taking part in a workshop or just looking for somewhere to catch up with friends – you are always welcome at the Lounge@ArcHouse.

We can also cater for your private events. Arc House can offer food and drink on-site to create the ideal all-round event space. Our catering team are more than happy to work with you to make your event the best it can possibly be.

Greenwich Cooperative Development Agency has over 30 years experience in supporting local communities all over South East of England. Through our work we have encouraged local communities to develop enterprises, provided training programmes that build the knowledge and skills of the community, created community hubs to support cohesive communities and promoted sustainable healthy lifestyles.

We currently run and have also supported the start up of a number of food premises, Old Vinyl Canteen in Hillingdon, Lounge@SE18 in Woolwich, MVMNT in Greenwich, Pop Ups cafes in Lewisham, Trew Era in Hackney to name a few.

We are excited to be working in partnership with Harrow College operators of Arc House to run the Cafe - Lounge@ArcHouse in this newly developed recreational ground and building.

Lounge@ArcHouse will offer high quality, tasty, freshly made food that is affordable, sustainable and healthy.

This means we base our menus on fruit and vegetables and carbohydrates with lower amounts of meat and dairy. This helps us reduce costs and carbon but also ensures we can keep our prices low and our meals meet healthy eating guidelines and are accessible to people with different dietary and cultural needs. We are a London Living Wage Employer and train and look after our staff which ensures a low staff turnover and investment from them in the business.

DOCUMENTING JOURNEYSSelf Directed BriefI like to collect ephemera when I am out on the street. This lead me to the idea of collecting leaves to use as ephemera, which would document where I have been. As I walked down different streets I collected discarded leaves. The experiment was meant to show how leaves can give information about an area they originated from, whether by shape, size, colour or texture.
