About the DL-Res System Cont.
Fewer registrations via telephone Automated e-mail confirmations Ease of operation and training
Benefits of the DL-RES System

Versatility in creating hours of operation
Benefits of the DL-RES Cont.
Administrative side—there is an inability to see open seating without checking availability first.
Pertinent changes happen quickly.
Other changes may required extended time due to only having one technician for the system.
Limitations of the DL-RES System
Demonstration of the C/C System
Quick and convenient accessibility to the daily testing schedule
One click check in/out process Seat number application allows us
to quickly reference the location of a student on our surveillance cameras especially during a cheating incident
Benefits of the C/C System
No built-in warning system for a student’s time limit.
Occasional glitch in system when a student worker refreshes the page and the check-in’s disappear, but are still available in the DL-Res System.
Limitations of the C/C System
More time available for other projects
Less time spent on manually inputting arrival and departure times
The DL-RES system connects to Infoview for ease of generating various data reports. (I.E. Usage Report and Exam Log Summaries)
