This house is used mainly for the living space. The teenagers need to have their own space, without interrupting what’s happening downstairs. The dining room just needs to have minimal things in it, having it be mainly for eating, and the entertaining in the next room over. The bedrooms need to have desks and space for homework. The house creates an area that allows for everyone to be doing their own thing in with bothering others. But there is enough space for them to all be together when necessary. Overall the parents need a house that is in a decent neighborhood. Along with enough space for them all to live, and entertain friends and family.
