Developed by Milton Roy, the Primeroyal reciprocating dosing pump is capable of flow rates up to 36 m3/hr and pres- sures up to 700 bar, with an accuracy of better than f i%. These robust and sturdy pumps are capable of handling toxic or hazardous fluids such as methanol and glycol and are ideally suited to most chemical, general process and oil production applications. The pumps can be supplied with diaphragm or plunger liq- uid ends, with or without stroke adjustment and in a choice of configurations, such as simplex or multiplex. Their modular design means a high degree of flexibility combined with easier upgrading and maintenance. This air-operat- ed, completely non-metallic pump is specifically designed for use in CMP applications for the microelectronics industry. According to Greg Orr, vice president of marketing and sales at Trebor, “the SL20 significantly reduces shear effects that can cause slurry agglomeration and delivers smooth, consistent flow critical for slurry delivery.
