At Dominion Community Church we are “Orthodox” in our theology drawing from the

theological foundations provided by Polycarp, Ignatius, Tertullian, Cyprian, Augustine and

other Apostolic and Early Church Fathers. We embrace without reservation the great creeds of

the historic Christian Church to include the Apostolic Creed of 390 AD, the Nicene Creed of

325 AD, the Athanasian Creed of the early 5th century, and the Chalcedon of 451 AD.

We are “Reformed” in our doctrine accepting the great theological reforms of the 16th and

17th centuries through Luther, Calvin, Zwingli and the Puritan Writers.

We are “Catholic” in our immovable conviction that the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ

throughout the world is the one Holy and Apostolic Church being “the one body with one

Spirit, one Lord and one faith.” Consequently, all Christian leaders and churches have a

common purpose to work cooperatively to reach the world for Christ.

We are “Evangelical” in our doctrinal adherence to the authority of Scripture, the deity of

Christ, and salvation through faith in the atoning work of Christ.

We are “Charismatic” in our worship and ministry, partaking of the power of the Holy Spirit

and exercising the biblical gifts which are given to the Church. Through the empowering work

of the Holy Spirit, we zealously reach out to our community and the world by demonstrating

the compassion of Christ and offering His Gospel of salvation, hope and restoration.

We are “Christological” in our belief that the Lord Jesus Christ is central in our worship and

Christian practices. We proclaim Jesus to be the Lord of our lives, the Head of His Church and

the King of His Kingdom. We proclaim Jesus to be the Lord of all things.

We are “Incarnational” in our theology, not that we are Christ, but that Christ is in us and we

are in the world reaching the lost, continuing His word and demonstrating His kingdom on

earth.

We are “Covenantal” in our theology believing that full partnership with God in

accomplishing His purposes on earth is possible only through our response to His covenant.

God’s covenant with His people is dramatized in the Old Testament through human experience

and is ratified in the New Testament through the atoning work of Christ

We are “Restorational” in our practical theology knowing that the central work of God as

recorded in both the Old and New Testament is restoring man, the earth, and the universe from

the corruption of evil back to God’s original plan and purpose.

We are “Prophetic” and “Apostolic” in our beliefs that God is presently moving in the Church

bringing the restoration of the five-fold ministry gifts. We believe that the present restoration

of the Prophet and the Apostle will bring about a release of the saints of God to manifest God’s

Kingdom in the earth.

We are “Present Truth” in our belief that God is progressively restoring truth to the Church

today. This Progressive restoration can be traced from the Reformation, when men realized

that the just shall live by faith, to this century when men are learning about the active role of the

Holy Spirit in the earth today.

We are “Kingdom” in our theology believing that the central issue and concern of God in

Scripture is His righteous rule in heaven and on earth. Since the Kingdom of God was the

major subject preached and taught by Christ during His earthly ministry and after His

resurrection, the Church, therefore, is the embassy of the Kingdom of God on earth and must

proclaim Christ as both Savior and Lord of all.

We are “Dominion” people in our theology believing that the Kingdom of God is manifest on

the earth as His people embrace the Dominion Mandate and the Great Commission as found in

the Scriptures. We believe that biblical Kingdom dominion is comprehensive and progressive,

including every area of life.

The leadership and faculty of Dominion College have a heart for truth. We do not believe that any group of believers has the final revelation on biblical truth. We also believe that truth is being progressively restored by God to and through His people. We need to be open to learn today as we study and build on the foundations laid yesterday. We must have a heart for all that God has done and all that God has revealed since the days of the book of Acts on through to the present moves of God in the earth today. Our purpose is not to disprove others in their personal views of Scripture or to be involved in argument and debate. Our desire is to follow the Scriptural admonition to “prove all things” and “hold fast to that which is good.”

Correspondence Courses

Applying The Kingdom - This is Dr. Munroe’s third volume on

the Kingdom of God. This course of study brings a renewed zeal and

commitment to what the Kingdom of God should like on the earth through

His people. It is vital that we not only understand the principles of the

Kingdom, but we must also grasp how to walk them out in shoe leather.

The priority of God has never changed and it is time for the saints of God

to get back to the basics of the original plan that God has for earth and

mankind.

Pressing Into Destiny - This course presents the truth that there

is but one calling—the calling. The “high (upward) calling” of

Philippians 3:14 and the “heavenly calling” of Hebrews 3:1 is that each

of us has been summoned forward and upward to be like Jesus, to be

conformed to His image and likeness! There is no nobler aspiration in

this life or the life to come. This alone is His will and purpose, and our

destiny. The individual goal and destination, the finish line of this race is

to be like Christ! To be like Christ requires that we lay aside the weights

Church Shift - This course of study is offered by Pastor Sunday

Adelaja. Pastor Adelaja heads up the largest church in Europe and his

congregation is literally taking over the Ukraine by implementing the

Our Cultural Mandate - This course examines the Dominion

Mandate/Great Commission given to the Church by the Lord Jesus

Christ. Adam’s destiny was to be fruitful and multiply, replenish the

earth and subdue it, and have dominion over every living thing that

moves upon the earth. When rebellion to God caused Adam to lose

the ability to fulfill his calling, the Second Adam (Jesus Christ) re-

paired the breach - not only in our relationship with the Creator, but

in our original calling. We are once again called to impact and influ-

ence the culture of our day by living all of life based on the practical

Kingdom agenda as found in the Word of God. We are to break

down every barrier of prejudice, which resulted from the Fall, and

bring demonstration and restoration of God’s rule and reign to the

earth.


Almighty and Sons - The Economics Of The Kingdom - This

eye-opening course gets into the root of financial lack in the lives of God’s people,

which is critically related to the integrity of one’s character and his stewardship

skills. In-depth studies will teach the student how to create, maintain, and transfer

true wealth, not just “riches.” You will examine how to prosper in the marketplace,

operate in Kingdom finances, and manage successful businesses that exist to solely

Myths, Lies, & Half Truths - This course will show you how

misreading the Bible can neutralize the believer. A re-reading of

Scripture will show that much of what we THINK the Bible says, it

doesn’t. Fifteen major issues of doctrinal importance will be covered

Prophets, Pitfalls, And Principles - This course is not

about the gift of prophecy or the movement supporting it, but the ves-

sels that minister the Word of the Lord. The material in this study

will help the student take ongoing personal inventory of his character

growth using Dr. Bill Hamon’s “10 M’s”, such as money, marriage,

morality, motive, etc. The lives of Biblical prophets will be exam-

ined, and their successes and failures noted. The goal of the student

will be to compliment the integrity of the Gift with personal maturity

and trustworthiness.

Prophets And The Prophetic Movement - The gift of

prophecy is not just to bless individuals in a church service. God is

calling a prophetic people to gather together in a movement that will

begin to speak the Voice of the Lord to corporations, governments,

cities and nations. You will examine the validity of this movement,

its dynamics, its goals, and how it relates to previous moves of God.


Releasing The Prophetic Word - There are proven, practi-

cal, Scriptural guidelines for developing the prophetic ministry that

involves not only technique but protocol. You will not only learn

how to respond appropriately when given a prophetic word, but also

how to begin to move by faith in this gift under seasoned mentors.

The various levels of prophetic gifting will be examined, the methods

of testing and judging a word from God, and insight into interpreting

the Rhema Word.


Communion With God - This course will teach you how to

hear the life-giving, inner voice of God through the daily, practical,

intuitive flow of the Holy Spirit. The various ways God communi-

cates will be Scripturally examined, as well as the disciplines of test-

ing the Rhema, accountability to a covering, interpreting content, and

trusting the ways of God.


Bishop Bill Hamon founded Christian International Ministries Network

and has trained thousands of fivefold ministers and activated hundreds of

thousands of Saints in their spiritual gifts. He serves as Bishop over 600 min-

isters and churches and CI’s headquarters on five continents. Dr. Hamon also

heads the CI Business Network, which equips Saints as ministers. He has au-

thored five major books. Bill and Evelyn, his wife of 47 years, have three

married children who are all CI-ordained ministers, 11 grandchildren and two

great-grandchildren.

Dr. Kelley Varner is founder of Praise Tabernacle and the director of the Crystal

Coast Conference Center. He is the author of more than 50 books as well as The Praise

Report, his weekly e-mail newsletter (www.kelleyvarner.org). He has ministered

extensively throughout this nation and in several other countries. His vision is to see

the Body of Christ demonstrate the nature and the ministry of Jesus. Dr. Varner went

to be with the Lord June of 2009 and his legacy is carried on by his wife, Joann, his

four children and three grandchildren.

Dennis Peacocke is founder and president of Strategic Christian Ser-

vices, Inc., a non-profit corporation that aids leaders in discovering how to

apply biblical truth to churches, business, and culture. He teaches widely in

the Americas, Europe, and New Zealand. A graduate of the University of

California at Berkley, former research economist, and business owner, Den-

nis was ordained to the ministry in 1973. He and his wife Jan reside in

Santa Rosa, California. They have three children and three grandchildren.

Dr. Gary Demar is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Kala-

mazoo, Michigan, and Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Missis-

sippi. He serves as president of American Vision, a Christian educational and

publishing company located in Powder Springs, Georgia. He has written sev-

enteen books on topics such as American history, education, ethics, govern-

ment, Christian apologetics, college preparation, and two on Bible prophecy.

Gary is also the editor of The Biblical Worldview, a monthly magazine that

addresses contemporary issues from a biblical perspective.

Apostle Jerry Hester is the senior pastor of Dominion Community

Church and the founder of Word Workers International. He is also the

president of Dominion College and Dominion Christian Academy. He is

the author of many study manuals including his milestone work Authentic

Theology. He was ordained as a pastor in 1982 and was later ordained by

Bishop Bill Hamon along with his wife Martha in 1993 into the Christian

International Apostolic Network in which they serve as the Mideast Re-

gional directors. They live in the Greenville/Spartanburg metro area in

South Carolina. They have three children and three grandchildren.

Dr. Wayne Grudem is research professor of Bible and theology at

Phoenix Seminary in Scottsdale, Arizona. He previously taught for twenty

years at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He

holds degrees from Harvard, Westminster Seminary, and Cambridge. He

is the author of a number of books and is the editor of Are Miraculous

Gifts for Today? He was 1998-1999 president of the Evangelical Theo-

logical Society.

Dr. Tony Evans is the senior pastor of the 4,000-member Oak

Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas. He is the president of the Ur-

ban Alternative, a national organization that seeks to bring about spiri-

tual renewal through the church. “The Alternative with Dr. Tony Ev-

ans” radio broadcast can be heard on more than 400 stations throughout

the United States and 40 countries worldwide. Tony, and his wife,

Lois, have four children.

Mark & Patti Virkler - Mark grew up conservative Baptist (Evangelical

Baptist), and Patti conservative Evangelical United Brethren. They met while at

Roberts Wesleyan College in North Chili, N.Y., and married during their third

year. They graduated in 1974, Patti graduating magna cum laude. Since then,

Mark has received a Master of Theology from Miami Christian University and

a Ph.D. from Carolina Christian University and been included in "Who’s Who

in Religion" by Marquis in both 1986 and 1990, and "Who’s Who in the World"

in 2000. Patti has received a Master of Ministry and Doctorate of Ministry from

Vision International University.

Don Nori has authored eight books. He has worked in the publish-

ing industry and traveled internationally for more than 20 years, work-

ing with people of all races and nationalities. Don and his wife, Cathy,

live at the foot of the Appalachian mountains in Pennsylvania where

they have raised their five sons.

Pastor Tommy Tenney is the youngest voice of three generations of min-

istry, Tommy was born in 1956 and began preaching at age 16. He has spent over

10 years pasturing and more than 17 years in mobile ministry, traveling to more

than 30 nations and most states. Tommy is a well-known revivalist and has been

used to both spark and fuel the fires of revival. He has experienced the miracu-

lous, but more importantly, he knows the value of intimacy with and humility be-

fore God. He is also the founder of GodChasers.network. Tommy and his wife

Jeannie Reside in Louisiana with their three daughters

Dominion College’s exclusive curriculums are birthed out of ongoing partnerships with leading authors in the Body of Christ today. Study

manuals and workbooks are developed around major revelations that are going forth as a prophetic voice in the earth today. Domin-

ion College’s staff has written accompanying manuals for many outstanding works to date. These manuals are in use around the

world, training Christians and indigenous ministers.

Stan Newton (Th. M) is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute

and International Seminary. Stan is known for clear teaching that

lays apostolic foundations about the present reality of God’s King-

dom. Stan along with his wife Virginia pastored Churches in the

United States for over twenty years. They currently serve as mission-

aries in Bulgaria teaching and demonstrating the Kingdom of God.

They have two adult children living in the United States.

Dr. Myles Monroe is a multi-gifted international motivational

speaker, best selling author, and business consultant. He is founder and

president of Bahamas Faith Ministries Inter-national, as well as founder,

executive producer, and principal host of a number of radio and televi-

sion programs aired worldwide. He has earned degrees from Oral Rob-

erts University and the University of Tulsa, and has honorary doctorate

from Oral Roberts University.

Commonly Asked Questions

What is a Correspondence Course? A Correspondence Course is made possible once an on campus course is completed at Domin-

ion College. It is also very good if you like the flexibility to work at your own pace in the pri-

vacy of your home.

Will my work still be graded? All of the work that you do by Correspondence will be graded like any other work so that you

may receive the credit hours upon completion. Once you have completed the work you may

either mail it to us or drop it off at our facilities. Once all materials are reviewed a grade will

be given.

How do I sign up for a course? All you have to do is let us know what courses that you are interested in taking. You will need

to pay the amount indicated for each one and we will have the material available to you as soon

as possible. After you receive the material, then it’s time to get to work!

How many courses may I take at once? We are available to help you determine the amount of work that you can handle. We typically

do not recommend that you take more than three at one time. We make recommendations so

that you can get the maximum benefit from each individual course during your period of study.

Do I need to have a high school diploma to take a course? A diploma is not necessary for you to take these courses through Dominion College. We pride

ourselves in being able to equip all believers for their calling as saints in the Body of Christ. In

Dominion College a high school drop out can study next to a doctor of theology.

Are credits that I already have able to be transferred to Dominion College? The decision to transfer credits is ultimately made by the president of the College. In most

cases credits are able to be applied towards the degree that you are currently studying for.

If there are other questions that you have please do not hesitate to call or write so that you can have total clarity before making a decision.

We labor in confidence that, because Christ has all power and authority in heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18) and is Himself building His church, the gates of hell will not prevail against the onward march of the church

in carrying out the Great Commission (Matthew 16:18; 28:19-20). We thus teach a transformational and optimistic approach to the world and culture (Romans 12:1-2), expecting all opposition to be made subject to our Lord Jesus Christ (I Corinthians 12:25) - to be brought captive to the obedience

of Christ by the regenerating and sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit.
