Does it make sense for us to refinance?

We have a 30 year, $130,000 mortgage at 5% fixed, have had it for a year. We havve excellent credit and no foreclosures or bankruptcies. It is our primary residence. Rates are around 4.28% today, does it make sense for us to refinance? If so, what is a good bank to contact?
