one as "student" and another as "employee". Please take care of
both administrative procedures!

min 1 meeting/year between PhD student and doctoral committee
1 progress report for doctoral committee after 1.5 year

How to obtain certificates
courses organized by the DS:
- online evaluation
- DS makes certificate
courses NOT organized by the DS
- fill out the template (see website DS)
- certificate of attendance
- confirmation that course is eligible for the DS
