Changing Digital Photography Gradebooks
You will need to change this for every gradebook for Digital photography.
Step 1:
Open the Class you need to edit and click Manage Activities on the drop down menu for that course.
Step 2:
In the Activities, you will need to change a few things:
1. Make sure the following items have a checkmark by them and are assigned to the right category:
a. Checkmark Text Questions and assign to DROP BOXb. Checkmark Lab Questions and assign to DROP BOXc. Checkmark Photography Assignment and assign to DROP BOXd. Checkmark Unit Quizzes and Midterm and assign to QUIZe. Checkmark ALL Discussions Questions (including midterm and final discussions) and
assign to DISCUSSSIONf. Checkmark Final Exam and Assign to EOS TEST
The midterm and final are listed twice. Only checkmark the first one!
The drop down menu looks like this:
CLICK SAVE!!!Step 3:
Go back to the Gradebook Options and Choose Scales and Weights:
In Scales and Weights, choose an elective template in the drop down menu and change the following:
Drop-Box—13 Discussion—12 Quiz—25 EOS—50 (Scroll to find all of these!) Everything else—0 (This will show it adds up to 100)
Click SAVEStep 4:
Once you save this, your gradebook should look like this. You can click on the activities and see them all and the grades. You should see each category, the right percentages, and a view of any grades at this point.
