3. This Division congratulates all the winners and thank all the participating schools,

the contest committees and staff for joining the successful Mathematics activities. The

First Place winners of the Fourth Year shall represent as Regional Math Challenge Team

Contestants of the Division on February 22, 2013, subject to the issuance of the Regional

Memorandum on the venue of the event.

4. Travel and other incidental expenses relative to the contest participation shall

be charged against MOOE of the schools, MTAP/School Board/PTA/school funds subject

to the usual accounting and auditing rules.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
