Function:The needle which moves axially in the nozzle is held inthe closed position by the force of the spring. The meltpressure, coming out of the extrusion unit pushes back theneedle and opens the hole for injection at 180 bar. Afterthe injection process and pressure decrease, the nozzle isclosed again, according to the movement of the spring.

The testing device allows the user to check the heatingelements and thermocouples before starting a newproduction run.

The check is done with the help of a digital temperaturemeter which directly displays the actual temperature ofthe zone in the mould. With a rotary switch every singlethermocouple (up to twelve) can be displayed.

If the thermocouple and the cable are okay the correctactual temperature will be displayed on the meter. A

malfunction in the connection cable or the thermocouplewill display the message Err 4 on the meter.

Dispozitivul permite utilizatorului vericarea elementelorde incalzire si a termocuplurilor, inainte de a incepe o nouaetapa de productie.

Vericarea se realizeaza cu ajutorul unui aparat digital demasura a temperaturii, care aseaza direct temperaturaactuala a zonelor din matrita. Cu un comutator rotativ,ecare termocuplu (pana la douasprezece) poate asat.

In cazul in care termocuplurile si cablurile sunt inregula, aparatul va asa temperatura corecta actuala. O

defectiune la cablurile de conectare sau la termocupluri vaasa mesajul Err 4 pe aparat.

The testing device allows the user to check thetemperature control unit and the mould connection cable.

To check the temperature control unit and lead theconnection to the mould must be removed and connectedto the testing device.The S4710uses separate built in thermocouples for eachcontrol zone. When testing, each thermocouple requeststhe power output from the temperature control unit. If thetemperature control unit works ne and the connectioncable is not damaged the pilot lamp for the respectivecontrol zone will light red. A malfunction of the temperaturecontrol unit or the cable is indicated when the lamp doesnot light up.With the help of the testing device you are able tolocate a possible malfunction in no time to nd out if theproduction disruption is caused by a damaged cable or thetemperature control unit itself.
