Project Selection Criteria for New Funding

1. Long-term pavement preservation projects

2. Additional bridge repairs and replacements to continue to meet performance targets.

3. Initial investments in major urban corridor projects like I-94 from St Paul to Minneapolis, and Twin Ports Interchange in Duluth, to reduce the impact on future programs.

4. Other priority investment areas that were funded below the MnSHIP levels

5. Areas identified by Districts as risks within their existing program
