Making Fuelling Reliable

The Overview page shows you at a glance all the data you need to effectively manageyour operation. Events that need your attention are immediately reported with clear visualalerts (stock low level, unauthorized usage etc.). The alerts can also be forwarded via e-mailor SMS.

In addition to listing the car registration data, the Vehicles page allows you to control all activitiesby individual vehicle, vehicle group (for instance heavy duty versus light duty) or department (for instance police, fire orwaste collection department). For each vehicle, you can assignfuel quotas and control the levels of authorization. Largenumber of vehicles can be entered easily using the vehicleentry template.

TheDrivers section containsall the information on the drivers and can be configured to integrate company-specific information such as driver number. It also allows you to set the various levels of authorization.

Vehicule and/or driver Identification can be done by PIN code entry or tag.

Tokheim recommends the use of contactless technology (RFID) as this is the most reliable system. However fuel cards are of the magnetic type and DiaLOG supports the required readers that can readboth (and more).

Validity periods can easily be set for all the identification devices.

For analysing the data or importing the data into a Fleet management software package, all data can be exported (CSV format). Reports can be generated easily using predefined or custom made templates.

To accurately manage your fuel stocks, DiaLOG keeps track of the history of deliveries and offers an alert system to prevent any fuel shortage. Deliveries can be entered manually or taken automaticallyfrom a level gauge. DiaLOG supports communication with the most common level gauges. Identifiers

The Preventative menu allows you to control the condition of both driv-ers and vehicles (e.g. medical follow-up for drivers, maintenance activities for vehicles).

The Tax management tool helps you to manage all taxes related to fuels. To support your request for refund, DiaLOG can generate reports in specific formats.

When using fleet cards and tomake sure your consumption figures are accurate, you can import the external transactions in the External dispensing menu. Depending on the fleet card operatorand the number of external transactions,this could be arranged automatically.
