IntroductionISF (IETE Students’ Forum), the technical society of the University is going to organize a megaevent, the annual technical fest of the University, under the title “DEXTRA 2011”, it aims at pro-

viding lots of opportunities to participants for showing their technical skills and talents throughvarious events and win lots of exciting prizes.

While planning for Dextra’11, the grand success of Dextra’10 cannot be forgotten. It had near

about 3053 participations spanning over 15 events which implies an average turn-out of around

200 participant per event which is a significantly good figure. This year similar types of activities

are being been planned by ISF in order to boost up and provide a competitive technical platform

for the students where they can explore and enhance their skills and talents. These kind of activi-ties will definitely open the doors for innovation, novelty and productive approaches pertaining

to different fields of engineering sciences.

DEXTRA thus aims to improve the overall technical ability of the students and bring newer and

modern ideas and views out of them.
