c(Rp; Rd) = 0.9989● Compare Rp(muH) to Rp(H spectroscopy only)

4.0σ smaller than CODATA Adjustment 8● No precise Rd(D spectroscopy only)● Problem is: CODATA does not include D(1S-2S)
