Transportation

We know that getting your group from Point A to Point B without a hitch is key to your meeting or event’s success. In Boulder, a compact downtown, reliable transportation providers and a great public transportation system help get the job done.

In fact, if you’re hosting a meeting or event in downtown Boulder, your transportation needs may be minimal — it’s all walkable and worth exploring by foot. Bike shop rentals and our public rent-by-the-hour B-Cycle stations also make it easy for attendees to get around as the locals do. (Boulder is ranked third in Bicycle Magazine’s America’s Best Bike Cities.)

For the times when you do need a bit of help with transportation, we have a trusted stable of providers knowledgeable about the ins and outs of navigating Boulder’s roadways and parking.

We’re here to help with all the logistics and can match you with all the transportation resources you need. Contact us at 303.442.2911 or [email protected] for free assistance.

Unique Meeting Venues

Boulder’s venues are a natural extension of the city’s celebrated creative side — one that easily translates to stunning, original spaces with flexibility to spare.

Choose from spectacular historic venues at the wildflower-carpeted doorstep of the Rocky Mountains, vibrant properties that marry Boulder’s eco-conscious values with great meeting amenities, or high-end downtown sites with Boulder’s trademark Flatirons views.

One of the benefits of having a meeting or event in Boulder is that the city boasts meeting hotels and venues on par with those in larger cities, yet without many of the challenges that face big-city events. Boulder has a close-knit, friendly feel and a proximity to nature that attendees love. The city’s venues often reflect that unique character — without sacrificing any of the high-end conveniences and functionality you expect.

Discover more Boulder meeting venues on the following pages, or contact us at 303.442.2911 or [email protected] for free assistance finding a venue that meets all your needs.

Boulder’s well-established microbrewery industry offers another unique option for group dining, with an ever-growing number of brewpubs pairing craft brews with delicious pub fare. The city is also a trendsetter in the resurgent cocktail movement, which means your guests can mingle over delicious handcrafted cocktails made with local spirits.

Group Activities

If you’ve ever entered Boulder from the east on Hwy. 36, then perhaps you’ve glimpsed it — the sprawling Boulder Valley, the red rooftops of the University of Colorado, the red rock Flatirons and the dramatic Rocky Mountain peaks beyond. It’s the ultimate preview of all the things your group can enjoy while visiting.

If your attendees have an interest in the outdoors, your options are boundless. 150 miles of trails criss-cross beautiful Boulder, including the paved Boulder Creek Trail that conveniently cuts right through the heart of town.

A stroll down famous Pearl Street Mall to enjoy the street performers and shopping is always a hit. Take in a concert at the historic Boulder Theater or eTown Hall. Or opt for an only-in-Boulder group tour: taste Boulder’s foodie culture, sip cocktails behind the scenes at a distillery, savor our famous handcrafted beers, or try the totally original Banjo Billy’s Bus Tour, where you’ll ride around town in a hillbilly shack on wheels and listen to the guide give a great narration of Boulder trivia and history.

Our team can help you choose the perfect activities based on your group interests. Contact us at 303.442.2911 or [email protected] for free assistance.
