The purpose of the directory is to provide contact details of Extension and Advisory services offices as located in Districts and Municipalities within the Gauteng Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Environment. The directory further provides the list of extension personnel and advisors with their contact numbers, emails and specific commodity focus area each individual specializes on.
How to effectively use the directory The directory consists of the following particulars: 1. Provincial coordinators of Extension and Advisory services details Each province has a coordinator responsible for Extension and Advisory services. This slot provided information of the District Director/s or Coordinator of Extension and Advisory Services for the entire province. 2. District Director’s contact details In all the three districts of the Gauteng Province, the department has appointed a District Director and in this directory shows their Physical address, Telephone numbers and the E-mail address. Contact details of Assistant Directors are also shown on the directory. 3. Extension Personnel contact details This section comprises of the list of extension officers with their contact details and their commodity focus areas. Each extension officer is placed under the District and Municipality they serve.
