Welcome Dear Delegate…

Well, I am excited as you should be about this amazing conference coming up in less than a week. If you're wondering what Achievers is, it's just

the most mind-blowing thing to happen for AIESEC in Tanzania this year 2015/16.

Do you want to be part of the move that is shaping Tanzania? Do you want to be a voice, heard and recognized in the building of this great

country? Do you want to wake the sleeping giants and ignite that passion of youth leadership in you? If yes, then you're in the right place. You

need to look no further than here: ACHIEVERS 2016.

This amazing conference is the physical representation of our stand as an entity and it is also that wonderful moment in which we get to see

hundreds of young leaders from more than 6 universities across Tanzania and beyond getting along together and working collaboratively to

push this organisation forward.

Confirmation The Venue Featuring free Wi-Fi, a hot spring bath and an outdoor pool,

African dreams offers pet-friendly accommodation in

Dodoma. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the

water park. Free private parking is available on site. Every

room at this hotel is air conditioned and comes with a TV.

Some units feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day.

Views of the mountains, pool or garden are featured in

certain rooms. The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom.

Extras include bath robes, slippers and free toiletries.

MCVP ELCECTIONS 25th March 2016

11 brave individuals who have decided to take their AIESEC experience to

the next level in their application to stand in for the different roles on the

national body for 2016/17 will give their manifestoes and elections will be

conducted.

GALA NIGHT 28th March 2016

The Gala night is a very special night at Achievers 2016 that recognizes the

outstanding personalities in the organization for their selfless and proactive

efforts. It is also a cocktail dinner to mark the end of the conference. The

dinner will also offer all the delegates an opportunity to interact with

several AIESEC in Tanzania partners present.

Special Events

Welcome to Achievers Night Life! After a long day of sessions and intense discussion, having a party at night for relaxation

and connecting with new people is a mandatory! We hear you! So, every night will be lined up with different parties!

Time: 12-3am

WRAP IT UP

For this party, you come wrapped up with

a khanga, bed sheet or a towel in style. No

singlet for guys and no bras for ladies.

MASK AND SPRAYS

A mask will be worn at this party

or as an alternative, your face will

be painted with spray paint.

Logistics Health & Nutrition SMART TIPS TO BE HEALTHY

1. Help us minimize food waste disposal by avoiding

food waste.

2. Take only what you can eat, then head back later for

more food.

3. Remember your allergies and eat what is best for

you.

4. Drink water and stay hydrated at all times.

5. Please visit the OC desk for assistance. We will serve

you well.

Delegates are advised to travel together (as an LC)

from their home cities to the destination, Dodoma. We

also advise all delegates to start their travels early in

the morning (at least 7am) so you can all arrive to the

destination between 1PM and 5PM.

ONLY confirmed delegates will be allowed to check in

at the reception desk. Please make sure you bring all

your supportive documents to present in case they will

be needed.

Remember to come with the following: Khanga, smart

and official outfits, swimming suits, masks (if possible)

personal accessories & medication, gadgets (mobile

phones, laptop, camera) and lots of AIESEC goodies
