Accessing Delegated Admin Tool
• To access the Delegated Admin Tool, the user must first logon to the Honeywell Supplier Portal.
• Once authentication has completed, the user may access the Delegated Admin Tool by selecting the hyper-text link under Quick Links. Refer to the image on the next page.

• To add a new user, you must have been setup as a supplier administrator.
• Select the Add New User Icon. Refer to the image on the next page.

• Enter at a minimum the input fields where the label for the field ends with a red asterisk (*).
• User name is the user email address. After you enter the user name and exit this field then this will automatically populate the Email field.
• Company can not be changed. The value in this field will inherit the company name for the supplier administrator adding the user.
• Leave the Add to SSO and Status radio buttons checked as indicated on default.
• Refer to the image on the next page.

• Next, you must add a group to the user. Using the browser scroll bar, scroll down the page. Select the image icon to open a window in which to search and select a user group. Refer to the image below.

• In the pop-up window, select the Search push-button. Refer to the image below.

• Select the group or groups in which you want to assign to the user by selecting the appropriate Add check box and then the Assign push-button. Refer to the image below.
