June 30 – Submit full P,S & E Assembly to MDOT for final approval.
+ - August 19 – MDOT completes review of P,S & E Assembly and authorizes advertisement for bid.
+ - October 7 – Receive Bids for project.
+ - December 7 - MDOT concurs with award of project.
+ - December 10 – Contracts are sent to low bidder for bonds and signatures.
