Dear Mr President, I write to you today to express a great concern about Crimes Against Humanity that are being perpetrated inthe country of the Philippines toward our American Citizens and Foreign Nationals from around the world. It has come to my attention that Foreign Tourists and Investors living and working in the Philippines have become a target of corrupt Immigration Officials. These American Citizens along with Europeans, Asians, Indians and Africansare being illegally and arbitrarily detained for months and even years with NO Due Process and NO Legal Basis for their arbitrary detention. It appears that Extortion and Corruption is the only reason that is holding these fellow Americans captive in the Philippines. I think it is important to express the great need for the United States to act on this matter immediately and with the same strength and vigor that the United States is known for in protecting its own citizens should a rogue nation cause irreparable harm to any person both Foreign and Domestic. Recently several news articles were published about these Crimes Against Humanity involving the rogue Philippine Government Department (The Bureau of Immigration) running a Kidnap for ransom operation against Foreign Nationals. CNN has been investigating these events along with several media corporations which I will supply as links later on in my letter. Mr. President, you will be visiting the Philippines in the coming months and I would like to ask you as a World Leader and as one of the greatest American Presidents if you and your organization can look seriously at the events that are unfolding in the Philippines toward unsuspecting and honest, hardworking Americans and I urge you to not allow this illegal activity to persist in this world. Filipinos living in the United States number in the Millions and countless Filipinos live, work and have started families in the United States and have become Immigrants to our great country. However, it is estimated that more than 300,000 Filipinos have overstayed their visa’s and are now ILLEGAL ALIENS living in the United States. Dear Mr President,

I write to you today to express a great concern about Crimes Against Humanity that are being perpetrated inthe country of the Philippines toward our American Citizens and Foreign Nationals from around the world.

Yet the United States Government does not Lock Up and Illegally Arrest , Extort Money, Deport with no cause and Blacklist these Filipinos.

The Question is WHY then does the Philippines Bureau of Immigration treat our Foreign visitors with a completely different set of rules? Why does the Philippines completely disobey their own Constitution and Laws Governing Deportation and How can the Philippines be committing so many international human rights violations and nothing has been done to stop it?

Our organization has been following this story and uncovering the hidden secrets of the Philippines Immigration through our legal representatives. We have interviewed hundreds of detainees that have been illegally arrested by the Bureau of Immigration in the Philippines. Many have been illegally deported and blacklisted already while hundreds more still wait patiently at the countries detention center in Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan Philippines for some type of resolution about their cases. Several of the Americans in Bicutan have been Illegally and Arbitrarily detained for as many as 10 years. Even the Office of the President of the Philippines has agreed that there is Prima Facie evidence that these individuals have been illegally and arbitrarily detained yet they continue to suffer away from their families, locked up in some of the worst conditions in the known world.

The Bureau of Immigration Chief OIC Siegfred B. Mison regularly is challenged by the media and makes statements to the press about how this new overhaul will change everything. They keep saying that this will stop, yet nothing has been done. Americans and other Foreign Nationals need the help of the United States Government to investigate these crimes and punish those who are contributing to the illegal and arbitrary detention that continues to hold our citizens for NO explainable reason.

Mr. President, I am deeply saddend at what I have learned in the last year as our group FFJ (Foreigners For Justice) has witnessed these atrocities how many lives have been destroyed, families torn apart because these unscrupulous Immigration Officials continue to defy their own constitutional laws and create Martial Law. Still the Philippines Government which includes the DOJ (Department of Justice) and the Office of the President have yet to do anything to make the situation better. In fact, the problem is growing more severe at this very moment.

Here are some of the links which you can use as reference guides to give you some inclination as to the scale of the problem and how much has already been done yet our people are still suffering at the hands of this Unscrupulous organization which operates more like an organized crime syndacate than a Government Agency.

Mr. President, I ask you to please protect our citizens from this abuse and speak with President Ninoy Aquino about this matter personally. Please do not take any white-wash spoken word as the fact. I beg you sir to create an investigative group through the Manila US Embassy to thoroughly investigate the illegal and arbitrary detentions that are part of every day life in the Philippines and help us put an end to this abuse against all Foreign Nationals living or visiting the country of the Philippines.

Sincerely,

James W. McArthyPresident Foreigners For [email protected], Quezon CityPhilippines1109
