Always click on Dealer-Assisted Blue Link Enrollment to enroll customers into Blue Link. Chrome is the recommended browser.

Enter dealer code, last name, and last 4 of SSN. Select LOGIN. System will lock out salesperson after 5 unsuccessful attempts to log in. Call Dealer Help Desk 866-433-2537 to unlock. Selection on

the right is for non-dealership personal (customer can use if they end up on this screen).

The step you are on will be highlighted in at the top while the other 2 will be shaded in . System will display salesperson’s first name and Dealer Helpdesk number and hours at the top right. System will search if an existing account meets either criteria. Password is NO LONGER

required to enroll a customer for Blue Link. Select Search.

All accounts with results that match email and/or phone will appear. If the account has the phone but email doesn’t match only the phone, zip code, and customer name will appear. If one of the

search results match select the account to add the vehicle. If no search result match, enter another email and/or phone select Search again or Create A New Account.

Search result is selected. Update email, address, and/or phone, add additional phones. If no primary phone one is now required. If customer requires a password reset, select Reset Customer Password. If no

password reset, select Save and Continue. If select Save and Exit it takes you out of the MyHyundai account. If select Save and Exit, to enroll customer in Blue Link consultant needs to start at Find or Create

a customer account by selecting MyHyundai or Blue Link at the top left corner.

If select Reset Customer Password system will ask preferred method to receive password reset via email or SMS/text. Customer will receive email to set up new password.

If account updates and select reset customer password:

8 If no search results match, enter another email and/or phone select Search or Create A New

Account.

Create A New Account is selected. Email from search is pulled into the new account. Confirm Email, enter address, city, state, and zip. Enter up to 3 phone numbers. Select Continue.

Note: For Customers who want to create a MyHyundai account to ONLY enroll in the MyHyundai Rewards Program, select, “Save and Exit” after entering the VIN on the next page. This will enroll the customer in Rewards.

All vehicles associated to the customer’s existing account will appear on the right and will show if the vehicle is enrolled in Blue Link. Salesperson can assist customer with existing vehicles. Option 1. Select

Schedule Service to make appointment. Option 2. Select Add Enrollment to enroll existing vehicle in Blue Link. Option 2. Select Delete Vehicle with Inactive Blue Link to remove vehicle from customer’s account.

NEW: Dealer can now schedule Service.

Enter VIN. Select Check VIN. If continue on page. If need to verify this is the VIN to enroll or reenter VIN. Select at least one driving condition. Select Continue to enroll in Blue Link. If select Save and Exit this will ADD the vehicle to MyHyundai but NOT enroll in Blue Link. To enroll in Blue Link need to start at Find

or create a customer account or select the MyHyundai or Blue Link at the top left corner.

Note: For Customers who want to create a MyHyundai account to ONLY enroll in the MyHyundai Rewards Program, select, Save and Exit” on this page to enroll the customer in Rewards. NEW: Dealer can now schedule Service.

If VIN is associated to other account and VIN is correct select continue.

Results will show bottom message, “Blue Link subscription for entered VIN will be overridden”.

Waive Enrollment

Enter a Blue Link PIN Click Next. If Customer chooses to decline enrollment select Waive Enrollment.

Customer must select 4 digit PIN

Customer information is pre-populated on Blue Link

Highlight the address and click OK or select Skip.

Select a Blue Link package(s)

Purchase at a discount select 1, 2, or 3 Year of Service. Customer will be charged at this time.

Provide Payment Information (if applicable)

Enrollment confirmation page. Click Print to Print Agreement . A pop-up will display in the touch screen display in the vehicle confirming enrollment.
