• Maintained business operations in all areas including staffing, ordering, purchasing, accounting, inventory, facility maintenance, event planning, advertising, and business services.

• Increased sales from $485K to $900K within our 10 years. Revitalized the nightclub and festival events. Started the restaurant grill from scratch to a successful, profitable tavern grill accounting for 35% of gross revenue. Revamped bar products and décor.

NorthPoint was a direct carryover of business from Jands, Inc. Company ownership transferred from Jands to NorthPoint in 10/99. Most all of the job function related to project management applied at NorthPoint with clients, vendors and staff. My emphasis and focus was to carry on client relationships and contracts at NorthPoint that were established through Jands, Inc.

Jands, Inc. 04/1984 - 10/1999 Position: Studio Director / Vice President, Project & Personnel Management & Supervision for Entire Graphic Studio

• Managed entire graphic studio operation including production, equipment, budgets, and personnel. Over my 16 year tenure in this position, it involved overseeing, managing, and coordination of 18 to 45 studio personnel, including account representatives, designers, production artists, system administrators, art directors, contractors, vendors, as well as, clients.
