Responsible for all supply chain activities for Subsea major equipment’s and exotic materials e.g. Subsea large/small bore valves, high grade materials/ pipes and wet gas flow meter

As primary point of contact between project team, engineering team and supplier in negotiation of commercial and technical issue during tendering and design stage.

Develop and maintain material status within planning and project to ensure on time delivery for the critical and long lead items.

Working closely with Tendering Team for new tenders as to understand the BOM, provide material cost, giving an option to meet and fulfill the requirement by the client.

Purchasing/Expediting – Place/expedite purchase orders as required. Vendor Selection – Work closely with QM/QA & QS/QC team to identify/audit new vendors and

to update and maintain the Approved Vendor List. Establish and maintain vendor contacts to develop a close working relationship with our main

vendors. Focus on HSE and follow guidelines for the HSE plans and adherence to all levels and disciplines

in the project. Approve invoices and Purchase Orders in accordance with HP authority levels.

Customer Service Manager 2010 – 2016 in Kallem Johnson

Promoted to manager position to recruit, train and supervise 150+ customer service employees, Assistant managers, Sales consultant, and team leaders.
