Introduction Wireless networks have given a privilege to organizations to have less

cables and slightly less management, but few more hardware

component. However, wired networks offer low losses.

In order to offer mobility and future ready services, network designed

for ABC technologies comprises of both wireless and wired network.

SNM has analyzed the key requirements of ABC technologies and

crafted a comprehensive solution that will fulfill the ABC’s current and

future business needs.

ABC Business Requirements To setup a network for its office in Georgia (head office) and branch in

New York. Office must have following

a. Setup of meeting conference room with VoIP phones and must have surveillance camera through out the office.

b. Full Wi-Fi access with 802.11i security protection.c. Should have backup connection in case of network failure. d. A printer for each office which can be accessed by all the systems with in

the office.e. Network outage and maintenance need to be informed 2 weeks prior.f. RFID floor access will be maintained by Honeywell systems and data

should be incorporated with in their servers. Total cost of installation should not exceed USD 50,000 Maximum time for installing the network is 12 weeks

Opted for carrier XYZ which uses two different POPs to connect Primary and backup networks.

Wi-Fi access point with 40*40 meter square 802.1x mode

Print server application for connecting all the systems with one printer

The approximate cost for the overall network setup is presumed to be

around. USD 44,110.23. We have taken the best quality products and

equipment's for our set up. We are planning to get it done by 9 weeks

without any intervention of natural calamities.
