Mint Sweet LassiThis form of lassi is more common in the villages of 

Punjab. It is prepared by blending yogurt with water 

and adding sugar and other spices to taste. The

resulting beverage is known as salted lassi. This is

similar to ayran or doodh.

Sweet Lassi

Sweet lassi is a form of lassi flavored with sugar, rosewater 

and/or lemon, strawberry or other fruit juices. Saffron lassis,which are particularly rich, are a specialty of Sindh in Pakistan,

and Jodhpur and Rajasthan in India. Makkhaniya lassi is simply

lassi with lumps of butter in it (makkhan is the Bengali, Gujarati,

Hindi and Punjabi word for butter). It is usually creamy like a

milkshake.

Mango LassiMango lassi is gaining popularity worldwide. It is made from

yogurt, water and mango pulp. It may be made with or without

additional sugar. It is widely available in UK, Malaysia andSingapore, and in many other parts of the world. In various

parts of Canada, mango lassi is a cold drink consisting of 

sweetened kesar mango pulp mixed with yogurt, cream, or ice

cream. It is served in a tall glass with a straw, often with

ground pistachio nuts sprinkled on top.

Bhang LassiBhang (or bhung) lassi is a special lassi that contains bhang, a

liquid derivative of cannabis (marijuana), which has effects

similar to other eaten forms of cannabis. It is legal in many partsof India and mainly sold during Holi, when pakoras containing

bhang are also sometimes eaten. Rajasthan is known to have

licensed bhang shops, and in many places one can buy bhang

products and drink bhang lassis

LASSI 101We have taken the opportunity to increase our 

customers' understanding of the basic Lassi types: salt,

mango and strawberry lassi. To help all of our 

consumers bring LASSI to a higher level of understanding, we created a several-weeks-long

promotion in which we highlight a different type of LASSI

each week.

During the first week, we explain what MANGO LASSI

is, its ingredients', its benefits, and its taste profile and so

on..We also brought an expert to our cafe who would beinforming our costumers about Milk and Lassi benefits.

Sooth the sensesCustomers love to look, touch, and taste the LASSI, so

we have set a sampling area that allows them to do so.

In our café two or three LASSI’S are kept in glass jars on

the counter where customers can experience the sightand smell of them. Every few weeks we switch out the

LASSI on the counter so customers eagerly anticipateexperiencing new varieties.

Party environment We have been creating exciting and innovative ways to

serve LASSI.

To attract our teenage consumers we make it irresistible

by holding a Bubble LASSI Party. On a warm summer evening, we fill a corner with bubbles, set wooden beds

and relaxing cuisions, indoor plants to sooth their tired

minds, music, and of course, traditional LASSI. With its

interesting flavors coupled with full of fun enviroment our 

customers quickly realize that this is a lot more fun thantheir grandmother's LASSI.

Social Events At social occasions'. wedding ceremony and we treat the

guests with a glass of LASSI before or after the dinner.

This at least allow the consumers to taste our brand.While in this sampling program we demonstrate the

consumers of various LASSI-preparation with different

ingredients, i.e. MANGO LASSI and STRAWBERRYLASSI etc.
