1 PROJECT WEBSITE INTRODUCTION

D6.7 Project Website of InBetween project has been developed in the framework of WP6 “Exploitation and Dissemination Activities”, more precisely within task 6.4 “Dissemination and Communication Strategy”.

The focus of this task is dissemination of the project and the project results supported by community building and crossfertilization activities.

Projects results will give the project partners an opportunity to exchange best practices and ideas; for the partners from industry, the business cases will form the key part of the dissemination activity, for the research partners, consultancy to business and contractual research and development will be a significant part of dissemination, besides the normal channels of publications, conference and journal papers, workshop organization, and for academic partners specifically, the educational courses at university sites.

Thus, task Leader RINA Consulting has developed a web platform www.inbetween-project.eu which will function as a project and platform dissemination tool, as a server demonstrating some of the project results.

The web platform was created at the project beginning and will be subjected to continuous updates so as to be aligned with the project needs and to be able to share project achievements with external stakeholders.

The web portal has been developed with different access level and is mainly divided in nine main areas:

HOME - public area dedicated to project general information;

PROJECT DESCRIPTION - public area dedicated to project general objectives;

PARTNERS - public area dedicated to presentation of the consortium;

DOWNLOAD AREA - public area dedicated to download of: Project Reports and Other Relevant Documents;

CONTACT US - public area from which users can request information to the contacts listed below;

LOGIN - public area through which users can access the private area of the site;

PRIVATE DOCUMENTS - dedicated to download of private project documents reserved exclusively to Consortium Partner;

DEMO SITES - public area dedicated to presentation of poject demonstration sites – This page will be added soon as we have some further caratheriztic on demo sites.

2 WEBSITE SECTIONS

2.1 HOME PAGE

The home page represents collection of quick access links to web platform contents. In particular:

An Introduction as below displayed – scrolling done the page is also possible to view the following information:

A brief description of the project;

Latest news plus “read more”;

Contact us;

Social media - link with Linkedin, facebook, Twitter and YouTube

The latest news and updates concerning the project are published an reachable on the home page.

2.2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION PAGE

This page contains a more detailed description of the project than what the user can read on the home page.

2.3 PARTNERS PAGE

The page “Partners” contains information on consortium composition. For each partner, the following information is provided:

the company logo;

the contact of the project contact person;

a general description of the company;

the role of the company within the project.

2.4 DOWNLOAD AREA PAGE

The page “Download area” contains all the official documents that can be downloaded by each stakeholder reaching inBetween website.

The section represents a structure including the following folders:

Project public reports – all public reports will be put there;

Brochure - advertising material that summarizes the purpose and results of the project;

Papers – conference/journal publications related to InBetween results as well as literature relevant for inBetween challenges and opportunities.

2.5 CONTACT US PAGE

The users can use the public section "Contact us" to request information on the project directly from the website managers.

The requests for information will be sent to the project coordinator and to the website managemenet whose contact details are indicated on the left of the form.

The information that the user has to enter to send the request for information are: Name, Email, Subject of the request, message and the answer to a random question necessary to determine if the request is forwarded by a human user or a computer.

2.6 PRIVATE DOCUMENTS PAGE

The user can proceed with authentication and access the reserved area of the site from link “Private Area”.

As already introduced this section in reserved to project partners only, the documents are arranged on two columns:



Project meeting - on the left part is gathering for each project meeting all the presentation done and minutes prepared ;

Project Implementation - on the right is structured following the WPs and there partners can share documents, information and deliverables related to the project implementation
