About the AuthorTom Carpenter is a technical experts expert. Tom holds CWNA, CWSP, and CWTS certifications with the CWNP program and is also a Microsoft Certified Partner. He is married to his lovely wife, Tracy, and lives with her and their four children, Faith, Rachel, Thomas, and Sarah, in central Ohio.

About the Technical EditorHenry Chou is a Solutions Architect working for Cisco Advanced Services Wireless Practice. Currently, he is responsible for strategic and technical design of large and complex wireless LAN networks and development of advanced mobility solutions. Henry specializes in multivendor design, implementations, and architectures of network technologies such as routers, switches, wireless security, and wireless LAN networks.
