From 2011: Service Assurance for 2nd level network troubleshooting on BT MPLS worldwide. Major customers assisted: Thomson Reuters and the financial community.

2008-2011: Service Assurance for 2nd level network troubleshooting on RXN worldwide. Major customers assisted: the financial community.

2006: Internal Certification Level 4 – Layer 2 to implement configuration changes on POP in Milan, Rome and Athens (Cisco router and switch).

2005: Change to the architecture of POP in Milan, Rome and Athens. Support to Reuters for configuration changes on the networks of its customers.

2004: Internal Certification Level 2 – Layer 3 to implement the circuit migration from the network of Thomson Financial to the network of Radianz.

2003: Internal Certification for help-desk duties for Italian customers (1st level diagnostics and escalation to the 2nd level support in London for problems on customers’ networks abroad). Development and maintenance of ADSL connections.

2001: Migration of Reuters services from Frame-relay connections to IP connections on Cisco routers. Installation of Cisco routers and switches in Milan to create the new Extranet network of Radianz.
