The CM1 (6000 psig [414 barg]) barstockconstruction, straight-through, hand valve isdesigned for a safe, in-line repairable, longservice life. The CM1 is a soft seated valve,ensuring repetitive bubble-tight sealing in bothstandard and dirty process conditions and isavailable in a wide variety of inlet & outletconfigurations and materials. Specific CM1models meet the requirements of NACEMR0175-2002. The CM1 is standardlyequipped with a Delrin® seat and is availablewith either Teflon® or GRAFOIL® packing oran O-ring seal. To simplify installationrequirements the CM1 series can be factoryconfigured with a wide variety of variousmanufacturers tube fittings.
Features• Utilizes needle stem ends, which provide
repetitive bubble-tight shutoff in a variety ofprocess conditions.
• All valves are available with a panel mountsystem option - consult factory.
• Either the Teflon® or GRAFOIL® packing iseasily adjustable in field.
• All valves are hydrostatically tested to ratedpressure prior to factory shipment. Fullmaterial traceability is standard on eachCM1. All valves are shipped standard withfull material documentation for wettedcomponents.
• All packing is below the threads, whichensures the process does not contaminate
the valve’s actuation threads. This featureensures smooth valve operation and longservice life.
• All CM1’s feature safety back seatingensuring the prevention of both accidentalstem blowout and removal under pressure.
• Soft seats are in-line replaceable/repairableensuring the CM1 provides economical,long service life. Standard seat material isDelrin®. Readily available seat optionsinclude PEEK.

CM1 - Soft seated, straight-through, 3/16” [5 mm] bore, 6000 psig [414 barg] hand valve
The CM1B (6000 psig [414 barg] barstockconstruction valve features a straight-through(roddable) 3/8” [9.5 mm] bore. This bi-directional valve has a high flow capability.The CM1B is ideally suited for severe processconditions (eg. high-temperature steam) or inapplications where valve plugging is aconcern. Furthermore, the CM1B is availablewith an optional API FIRESAFE 607/BS6755Part 2, rating, making it the valve of choice forhazardous services. The CM1B featuresreplaceable soft or metal seats, which can beeasily removed and replaced, eliminating theneed for valve removal should the seatbecome damaged by process conditions
The CM1B is available in a wide variety ofinlet & outlet configurations and materials.Specific CM1B models meet the requirementsof NACE MR0175-2002. The CM1B isavailable with either Teflon® or GRAFOIL®
packing. To simplify installation requirementsthe CM1B series can be factory configuredwith a variety of various manufacturers tubefittings.

CM1C - Straight-through (roddable), hard or soft seat, 5/8” [16 mm] bore, 6000 psig [414 barg]hand valve. Note: 3500 psi [238 barg] max. soft seated models.
The CM1C (6000 psig [414 barg]) barstockconstruction valve is a severe service, high-pressure/temperature, straight through(roddable) bi-directional flow unit. The CM1Cis also ideally suited for process conditionswhere potential plugging is a concern. TheCM1C features replaceable soft or metalseats, which can be easily removed andreplaced, eliminating the need for valveremoval should the seat become damaged byprocess conditions

CM2 - Globe pattern, 3/16” [5 mm] bore, 6000 psig [414 barg] hand valve
The CM2 (6000 psig [414 barg] barstockconstruction needle valve is designed formultiple applications wherever throttling orbubble-tight shutoff is required. The CM2 isavailable in a wide variety of inlet & outletconfigurations and materials. Specific CM2models meet the requirements of NACE MR-01-75, latest revision. The CM2 isavailable in both hard and soft seatconfigurations, and is available with Teflon® orGRAFOIL® packing or an O-ring seal. Tosimplify installation requirements the CM2series can be factory configured with variousmanufacturers tube fittings.

The CM25D (10000 psig [689 barg]) barstockconstruction globe pattern hand valve isideally suited for severe service, high-temperature applications. The globe patternconstruction of this unit ensures reliablebubble-tight shutoff and allows for throttling ofthe most severe of services. The standardpacking for the CM25D is GRAFOIL® for high-temperature compatibility, however, Teflon® isreadily available.
The CM25D is available in a wide variety ofinlet & outlet configurations and materials. Tosimplify installation requirements the CM25Dseries can be factory configured with a widevariety of various manufacturers tube fittings.
