Willems HRM Interim & Consultancy As an independent professional, I have been employed in the role of interim manager, project manager and consultant and have gained experience in many industries. During my assignments I have been responsible for carrying out interim activities on many HR-related projects. For a full overview of interim (project) assignments I refer to the appendix of this CV. Jan 2007 – Dec. 2009 Manager HR

Ernst & Young Nederland LLP (Eindhoven/Rotterdam)

HR department responsible for South-Netherlands Region and furthermore, the Netherlands tax partnership (> 1000 full time staff). Direct management of a team of 6 Sr. HR consultants and indirect management of 8 HR administrative assistants, each simultaneously responsible for their own service regions. Focussed on the coordination and implementation of assessment, appointment and remuneration rounds, training & development activities, office integration, etc. Major successes were:

- forming a bonding own team through team and individual coaching - achieving excellent salary and bonus rounds (within schedule and budget) - supporting the transition process for the establishment of the Shared Service Centre HR

Whilst at Ernst & Young I was also active for 7 years with several HRD projects and roles. Project activities included:
