TRAINING & COMMISSIONING TECHNICAL SUPPORT
When your Wiesel has left the production hall, we support you during the commissioning as well as ensuring the efficient operation of your vehicle.
At our training courses, your employees will gain detailed knowledge of the Wiesel s equipment in both theory and practice. We will show you how to safely operate the Wiesel and how to eliminate simple malfunctions and faults. With maintenance-related tips and tricks, the focus is on preserving the value of your vehicle. Every participant receives a certificate after completion of their training. On request, we create individual training concepts that are tailored to meet the training requirements of your employees.
Technical Support Also after commissioning, our employees will be at your side whenever you need them to answer all technical questions. We help you to rectify any malfunctions as quickly as possible and thus minimise downtimes.

In order to guarantee you short delivery times, we have further optimised our logistics operations. Every spare part that is ordered by 4 pm will be delivered on the following day. The overnight express option is even faster meaning that the spare part can be delivered that same night.
In the logistics centre, more than 3,500 spare parts are available for Wiesel customers - ranging from the 9 gram cylinder screw through to the Wiesel cabin windscreen and 233 kg hydraulic tank.
