Greeting the Customer How well a client is greeted, as clients come in to a business, can make the difference as to how soon they may come back and buy again. Showing the clients that their business is welcoming and giving them a reassuring treatment as soon as they walk into the business could mean a long business relationship.

Smile

First thing a client should see when they come in is the most friendliest smile you can give them.Handshakes

Knowledge

Clients want to feel welcome when they come to your place of business and they want somebody they can trust to take care of their needs. Being able to get the best customer service is what will keep clients coming back over an over again.
