Creating an Account & Signing In 1. Access the Customer Account Center from Mariner or Pioneers homepage by selecting the “Pay Online” icon.

2. Click on “Create an Account” on the Customer Account Center Welcome screen.

3. Enter in all fields to finalize account registration (you will need your 12 digit account number to register for the service).

4. Click on the Security Question drop down box to choose your security question.

5. Type in your answer, and click Continue.

6. Create a Username & Password and select Create Account. Note – Passwords must contain a letter and a number and must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 12 characters in length.

7. Go to the Customer Account Center Sign in page by going to

9. Type your Password

10. Click on the button to log into the dashboard.

Navigating the Customer Account Center Dashboard Hover over the Blue menu icon at the bottom right of the screen to access additional controls as indicated below.

Account Information 1. Click the to access Account Information and Account History.

2. To update the Account Mailing Address edit the street, city, state and zip code fields.

Select to save changes.

3. To view Account History, click the number of days to display. Options include 30, 60, 90, and 365 days.

4. To download payment history, click Download. Account information for the time frame chosen will download to your computer as a CSV file, which is accessible using Microsoft Excel.

Make a Payment 1. Click the Make Payment button.

2. Choose what account you’d like to pay.

3. The payment amount may be overwritten by clicking in the amount field and keying a new payment amount.

4. Select existing payment method or click New Payment Method.

5. Select the Account Type you will use to make the payment by clicking on Checking or Savings.

6. Type your Account Number. You may find this number for checking accounts on the bottom, center of your bank check.

7. Type your Routing Number. You may find this 9-digit number on the bottom left of your printed checks.

8. Type Account Holders Name.

9. (Optional) If you’d like to make this a recurring payment slide the circle to the right or you can make a future dated payment.

10. Click to save your settings.

11. Click the blue Make Payment button

12. Review the Payment Confirmation screen for accuracy.

Profile 1. Click on Profile from the Menu.

2. In your profile you can edit your User Info, or Payment Methods. Click if you make any changes.

Apply For a Loan 1. Click either Apply For A Loan on the Dashboard or on the Menu.

1. Click “Continue to Application” in the pop-up window.

2. Choose the application you wish to submit by clicking on the corresponding box.

3. Complete the application by typing the appropriate personal information into the online form provided. Every field marked with a red asterisk is required and must be completed in order to submit the application.

Application Guide

a. Click on the arrow to choose your customer status as a current, former, or new customer.

b. Type your legal first name. c. Type your legal last name. d. Type your email.

e. Click on the arrows to choose the month and year OR the calendar icon to choose the date

when you moved to your current address.

f. Type the house number and street of your current residence. g. Type the city of your current residence. h. Select the state of your current residence by clicking on the arrow. i. Type the 5-digit zip code of your current residence.

j. Type your phone number in the following format: XXX-XXX-XXXX. k. Type your social security number with no dashes or spaces l. Click on the arrows to choose the month, day and year OR the calendar icon to choose your date

of birth.

4. Read the Terms of Use, E-SIGN Consent, Disclosures, and Privacy Statement by clicking on each blue hyperlink text.

5. After reading the required electronic documents from step 5, Click the check box to agree to the terms and conditions of the application.

6. Click the Next button to submit your loan application.

Messages 1. Click on Messages from the Menu.

2. Click on the drop down menu and click “Ask a Question” to ask a question.

3. Type a subject & message in the “Subject” and “Compose Message” fields.

4. Click Send Message to submit your inquiry.

Locations

1. Click either the Find Us or Locations tab on the Menu.

2. Enter your Zip Code to identify the closest branch to your physical location. Note – The Find A Branch feature does not differentiate between Pioneer Credit and Mariner Finance.

FAQ 1. Click the FAQ link in the top right corner of the dashboard.

2. Select the category in which your question may fall under, Security, Account or General.
