1. Describe the blended beauty brand in 3 words? natural – yummy – moisture 2. What inspired the development of blended beauty & blended cutie? Growing up my mother had difficulty with my hair and kept it very short. I was always self-conscious. I didn’t feel like a pretty little girl with the cute bows & pigtails. The difficulties continued into adulthood when I could never find products that would allow me to just do my hair and forget about it feeling free and self-assured. It gives me great pleasure to know that those using blended beauty can feel relaxed under their own curls & use that extra brain space for other important things in life. Life is too short to be thinking about your hair! 3. What are your go-to blended beauty products? the shampoo & conditioner are like no other. Also the curl styling butter can never be a wrong choice. You can simply adjust the amount used. The silkshake is a wondrous product for everyone. 4. What's the craziest thing someone has said about your hair? before blended beauty I had been told my hair looked like straw. I was horrified. Now, I’ve heard that I have beautiful hair. At first this was shocking and I would say “Really”. Now, I just smile and say “thanks”. I’m in love with my hair now. 5. What's one thing people should know about you but don't? many people think blended beauty is a large company. We are still very small & completely family owned. I hope to pass it down to my children one day. 6. What can we expect to see from Curls in 2013? We will have more of our wonderful sleep caps. They are in great demand!!
