Introduction to Infosys culture

• Infosys has more than 100,000 employees from 83 nationalities.

• The workplace recognizes the unique skills of professionals irrespective of gender, ethnicity or nationality.

• Infosys has a very open-minded work culture - it is a place where there is minimal hierarchy and people are unafraid to voice new ideas.

• All employees have a sense of pride to be a Infoscion (they proudly call themselves!).

programs for Infoscions. Each event emphasizes a specific area like music, dance, or quiz. – IQ Circle (Quizzes)– Shruthi (the classical music club)– Dramatix (the drama club) and – Vakchaturya (forum for self development).

Culture Surveys - Conclusion

In 2005, Waterstone Human Capital conducted in-depth Interviews with senior managers at 107 Canadian companies. The Managers offered the following interesting views.

• 82% said corporate culture impacts financial performance• 82% said corporate culture helped with recruiting• 72% said their culture was not what they wanted it to be in the

future• 55% said the culture of their organization was "weak," while 36%

said it was "strong"• 62% said they don't monitor their organization's culture through

surveys
