MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree including coursework in Workers’ Compensation or aclosely related field or a combination of training and experience pertaining to

this position.• Two years of experience involving compliance, investigations or Workers’

Compensation programs.

• Establish and maintain comprehensive records and prepare reports.• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships withothers.

• Knowledge of the legal and medical terminology related to Workers’Compensation and federal regulations.

• Operation of a computer and assigned software.
