A VFTU series firetube vaporizer for an ASU or pipeline back-up
system features completely enclosed highly reliable dual burners
and integral mounted burner control panel. A ballast tank provides
run-time during complete power outages. Systems available for low
NOX emission applications.

Designed for continuous service vaporizing cryogenic fluids. In
operation, the ice accumulation pattern and counter flow design
eliminates thermal stresses characteristic of conventional designs,
which gives UNIFLO significant advantages for extended continuous
service.
UNIFLO vaporizers with stainless steel liners are used
extensively in back-up service for the electronics industry. Forced
draft UNIFLO models are available with capacities up to 10,000
Nm3/hr (400,000 SCFH).

These specially manufactured pebble bed heaters presented a real
challenge to Cryoquips advanced technology and engineering. They
weigh 75 tons (76,200 kg) and operate under extreme temperatures
from -320F to +1,850F, 3,000 psig, heating 1,500,000 SCFH (40,000
Nm/hr) of nitrogen instantaneously.

Cryoquip designed and manufactured these control valve skids for
a Shell oil refinery under tight budget and delivery constraints.
Each control valve skid is over 80 feet long (24.38 m) and weighs
85 tons (86,360 kg). This kind of fabrication presents unique
challenges that are matched by Cryoquips manufacturing skill and
expertise.

Unmanned Gas Generating Plant SolutionsCryoquips highly reliable
pipeline back-up systems for todays unmanned gas generating
plants.
An ambient back-up system factory is pre-assembled and tested to
minimize on-site installation time.
The WCV system comprises separate stainless steel process shell
and tube vaporizer(s) dual water circulation pump skid, circulating
hot water through the remote tank.
The VSSU system uses steam to heat water for cost effective
simplicity.
The WCVB vaporizer system comprises a stainless steel process
shell and tube bundle mounted in a self contained tank with
circulation pump(s) minimizing the space envelope required and
simplifying installation and increasing reliability
