1. To Enter: This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on November1, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (CST) on January 31, 2015. Persons may only enter theSweepstakes on-line; Internet access is required to enter the Sweepstakes. Access the Website atwww.krugerfarms.com and follow the on-screen instructions, including verification that you areat least 21 years of age. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (CST) on January 31,2015. One entry per person per day. Multiple entries in violation of this limit will automatically

result in disqualification.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete,incorrect entries or other sweepstakes materials, all of which are void. Facsimiles or mechanicalreproductions will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will notbe returned. Sponsor is not responsible for technical difficulties, telephone or cell phone servicedisruptions or other equipment or service issues which might affect the ability of an on-line userto enter and qualify or the ability of the Sponsor to notify the winner.

2. Prize: ONE (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will receive an ice fishingexperience in Sunset Country, Northern Ontario, Canada. Winner and guest will receive round-trip ground transportation from International Falls, Minnesota to Northern Ontario, Canada; one(1) night stay in Northern Ontario (specific accommodations are of Sponsors sole choosing); aone (1) day ice fishing excursion hosted by Kruger Farms Pro Angler Dusty Minke. Prizeincludes use of ice fishing equipment, should winner not have his/her own equipment. Winnerwill also receive one (1) $250 gift card which may be used for travel expenses not includedherein (or otherwise); the issuer of the gift card is of Sponsors sole choosing and the gift card issubject to the terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon. Prize travel is subject toavailability and additional restrictions. All unspecified expenses associated with receipt and useof prize (including but not limited to expenses associated with travel to/from winners residenceand International Falls, Minnesota) are Grand Prize winners sole responsibility. Grand Prizewinner and guest will travel on same itinerary from International Falls, Minnesota to NorthernOntario as well as within Northern Ontario. Winner and guest must conduct themselves at alltimes in a socially responsible, respectful and appropriate manner; and, should winner and/orguest (as applicable) fail to do so, prize may be immediately terminated and the Sponsor maypursue other legal sanctions against the winner and/or guest. Mr. Minkes participation is subjectto his professional commitments and availability. If Mr. Minke is not available for any reason,Sponsor may in its sole discretion either (a) award the remaining elements of the Grand Prize or(b) choose an individual of like knowledge/credentials to act as host instead of Mr. Minke, withsuch choice being made in Sponsors sole discretion; in either case, Sponsor shall have no

liability or obligation to winner with regard to such prize modification. If winner chooses toaccept prize without a guest, the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for oneperson and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunctiontherewith. If winner chooses to drive from his/her residence directly to Northern Ontario, winnerwill not receive any compensation or substitute prize due to exclusion from Grand Prize of

ground transportation between International Falls, Minnesota and Northern Ontario. Securingnecessary documents for international travel (e.g., passport) are the sole responsibility of winnerand guest. Grand Prize to occur at a time of Sponsor's sole choosing in late February 2015; actualdates of ice fishing experience to be provided to winner at/after time of winner notification. Ifpotential winner is not available on such dates, prize will be automatically forfeited and analternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor (time permitting). Alcoholicbeverages are not part of the prize. Approximate retail value of prize is $1,500.00.

3. Winner Determination: Winner will be determined via random drawing on or about February2, 2015 by AMG, an independent third party organization, whose decisions will be final in allmatters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of

eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail (actualmethod of notification being of Sponsor's sole choosing) on or about February 2, 2015 and willbe required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (wherelawful) within two (2) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded toanother winner at sponsor's sole discretion (time permitting). If winner cannot be located or doesnot respond within twenty-four (24) hours, prize will automatically be forfeited and an alternatewinner may be selected at sponsor's sole discretion (again, time permitting). Grand Prizewinners guest must sign and return a liability/publicity release form. Except where prohibited,acceptance of prize constitutes winners consent to use of his/her name, likeness andbiographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Grand Prize details (including exact date of ice fishing experience and specific location inNorthern Ontario for ice fishing experience) will be provided to winner upon proof ofeligibility. Winner must furnish valid proof of age (for example, a drivers license, birthcertificate or passport). An Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a PublicityRelease (where lawful) must be provided to Avid Marketing Group (AMG) before prizecan be received. No prize will be awarded unless the Affidavit has been received by AMG.

5. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Minnesota, Nebraska, NorthDakota and South Dakota who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.Employees of thefollowing entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participationunder any circumstances: Diageo Americas, Inc., AMG, KrugerFarms.com, Inc. and (asapplicable) their respective affiliates, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, alcoholbeverage suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors or retailers. All federal, state and locallaws apply.

6. General Conditions: Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrants full and unconditionalagreement to abide by and accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Nosubstitution of prize or cash equivalent except at Sponsors sole discretion. Cash equivalent maybe less than the approximate retail value of the prize. Prize is non-transferable except at the sole

discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are winners soleresponsibility. By accepting the prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning saidprize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any and all liability thatmight arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Winners guest must also be 21years of age or older and sign a Guests Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful).

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any criminal records of the prizewinner and his/her guest. To the extent necessary and permitted by law, prize winner and his/herguest shall authorize this background check. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, todisqualify prize winner and/or his/her guest from any prize element, based on the backgroundcheck. Winner also accepts sole responsibility for any miscellaneous costs relating to acceptanceof prize.

Entrants hereby agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, KrugerFarms.com, Inc. and Facebookharmless from and against any third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and fromany and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and court costs,arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties and representations set forth

above.

The value of the prize won by a participant under the sweepstakes may be taxable as income toits winner. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees associated with theprize. Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Form W-9 with the Affidavit of Eligibility andRelease and a subsequent IRS Form 1099. Upon receipt of prize, the winner shall be required tocomply with any and all applicable federal, state and local law, rules and regulations.

In consideration of his/her receipt of any prize, prize winner for himself or herself and his or herguests, heirs, personal representatives and assigns shall voluntarily and knowingly completelyand forever release, waive and discharge Sponsor, KrugerFarms.com, Inc. and all related parties,as well as Facebook, from and against any and every kind of claim, demand, injury, costs,attorney fees, right, liability or cause of action or other liabilities of whatever kind or nature,known or unknown, absolute or contingent, and whether or not fixed, which the prize winnerever had, now has or might in the future have arising in any way or related to this Sweepstakes,including, but not limited to, prize winners participation in the Sweepstakes; prize winnersSweepstakes entry; use of prize winners name, likeness, biographical information, signature,image or likeness; prize winners receipt, use or inability to use any prize or part thereof,including but not limited to injury or loss sustained in any travel related to the prize; financialclaims; physical and/or emotional injury; and/or any other legal claim that may arise, whetherunder contract, tort, warranty or any other theory or claim.

Electronic Entries: In the event of a dispute, on-line entries (including entries made viamobile website**) will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail addresssubmitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned tothe e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service, or other organization that isresponsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
