As we progress through the program and we get to each of them they are going to provide you more details on their backgrounds, experiences and current positions.1Why WOW?increasing pressure to create memorable experiences that drive activity on the show floor

get them there and keep them there

Denise, Eric and Roy have all successfully executed and created unforgettable experiences for both attendees and exhibitors, in our time together they are going to share the good, the bad and the ugly of their WOW moments.more importantly they are going to help you identify appropriate WOW moments for your event.2The Tradeshow Love TriangleAs we start to talk about WOW, I thought a good place to start would be with the concept of LOVE Triangles.

The term "love triangle" almost always implies that the arrangement is unsuitable to one or more of the people involved. One person usually ends up feeling betrayed at some point. Another way to look at it is as a relationship in which three people are in love with at least one other person in the relationship

What does this have to do with WOW experiences at events.the common thread is that directly or indirectly all three groups are in realtinships with each other and the WOW moment must take into consideration the needs of each party

3WOW-Where are your events on the social media map?

We cant talk about anything in our space without giving consideration to social media and social technologythe good news is there are a number of options in the marketpalce for you to to chose from in regards to social median, the bad nes is that there are a numebr 4ROEI2-- Is the juice worth the squeeze?5The Main Attraction.Eric Horn, CMP, Associate Executive Director Business Development, Professional Beauty AssociationRoy Turner, Show Director, Surf Expo, dmg World MediaDenise Medved, Owner/Founder, The Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show, The Tiny Kitchen
