The Way Things Work

CommunicationTerm one we focused on

Communication. Alec and I focused on how animals

could Communicate. We had a fun time working with each other. It was cool. We found

lots about animal sounds.

Are We There Yet?In term 3 we are learning about Australia. The capital cities around Australia are Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Darwin.

The states around Australia are new south wales western Australia south Australia Queensland

Victoria and northern territory.

The Way Things Work

In term 2 we learnt about simple machines. Simple machines are

levers pulleys gears inclined planes wedges screws and wheel and axles. A inclined plane is like a

ramp that you don’t need as much effort as you do lifting it.

Kitchen ClassroomIn kitchen classroom we made aussie meat pies. They were so nice I made them at home.Then we made mandarin ice cream it wasn’t nice at all. The favourite things I have made is pizza and the meat pies. I also liked the chicken noodle and the apple crumble. It was nice.
