HistoryIn ThE lATE 1950’s And EARly 60’s SAnd And gRAvEl wERE ExTRACTEd FROM An AREA OF ThE OuSE vAllEy PARK.

This extraction transformed open fields to form 12 lakes. It was at this time that the land was first used as a caravan park.

Cosgrove Park has been in family ownership since 1975. Since that time it has undergone radical changes, with massive investment made in infrastructure and landscaping.

The majority of staff have worked at Cosgrove Park for over ten years and some in excess of twenty years.

We offer a range of recreational and leisure facilities including our heated outdoor swimming pool. With twelve lakes, two rivers and the Grand Union canal next door, fishing is a big part of Cosgrove Park and we have a regular restocking program.

Today’s holiday homes are designed, manufactured, furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. we deal with all the major holiday home manufacturers and can supply you with the holiday home of your choice. we stock a wide range of new and previously owned models.

Should you require assistance in financing your purchase, as a licensed credit broker, we can arrange a hire purchase agreement at competitive rates over a period to suit you.

we like our customers to have the freedom to come and go as they please. Seasonal pitches are ideal if you like the convenience of being able to get away on holidays and short breaks without the trouble of towing your caravan each time you visit, or needing to pre-book your pitch.

FacilitiesAll pitches have electrical hook up and nearby wash facilities. The supply to each pitch is 10 amps and connection is by the means of a standard blue plug.

Our spacious pitches are on level or gently sloped grass areas, with plenty of room for an awning and car alongside your unit.

Most pitches are situated either by rivers, lakes, open fields or near woodland. Our modern facilities include toilets, showers, washing up & laundry rooms which we take pride in maintaining to high standards.

Our pitches are exceptional value. The price includes all occupants, electric hook up, awning and use of the swimming pool.

Our lakes are stocked with a mix of carp to 30lb, bream to 11lb, roach & rudd to 3lb, tench to 10lb, perch to over 4lb and also hold pike to just under 35lb and these are just the largest specimens that we know have been caught here.

The River great Ouse and the River Tove both have excellent stocks of chub to over 7lb, roach & dace and also feature the occasional river carp and some superb pike & perch.

Price GuideFishing within the confines of the park is included in your stay at Cosgrove Park at no extra cost.

Rules & RegulationsPlease note, in the interest of maintaining the health and quality of our fish stocks, we do not permit the use of keep nets on any of our lakes or rivers.

The café caters for everything from light snacks to full Sunday roasts. Enjoy your meal in our modern indoor dining area, or amongst the parks beautiful surroundings in our outdoor seating area. Takeaway food is also available including traditional fish and chips.

Fancy a coffee? The café also includes a coffee lounge which features widescreen Tv’s & daily papers.

The laundry rooms are open daily from 09:00 - 18:00 digicards are available from the Main Office.

we understand most of our guests and residents come here for a peaceful and relaxing time away from day to day life. we like to give you that extra peace of mind with 24 hour security. we like to make you feel that your holiday home or touring caravan is left in safe hands. Should there be a problem, we are always here to help, day and night.

Swimming PoolSEASOnAl RESIdEnTSAll seasonal residents will be issued six swimming pool passes annually. If any more than six passes are required at any one time, they can be purchased from the Main Office at a charge.

OvERnIghT TOuRERSOvernight tourers will be issued with four swimming pool passes. If any more than four passes are required at any one time, they can be purchased from the Main Office at a charge.

From the M1Easy access from the M1 junction 15, follow A508 towards Milton Keynes for about 8 miles until you see a turning on

your left for Cosgrove.

From the A5 / A422From the A5 or A422 take the exit for the

A508 from the roundabout at Old Stratford and continue along to the 2nd turning right

for Cosgrove.

Directions continued...Continue into the village of Cosgrove, turn left at the crossroads onto Bridge Road, go over

the canal bridge and follow the road down to and around the sharp left corner, continue along Main Street until you see a turning on your right hand side. Take this turning and then continue

straight ahead through the metal gates and up the main drive into the park.
