alternative micro-irrigation technologies

ranging from low cost drip and sprinkler

systems to capital intensive systems and

implement the micro irrigation system in

field to improve the quality and quantity

of the products.

ERC Group uses its technical knowledge in Forestry, Agriculture, Agri-

environment, Biotechnology based works and Rural development for data-

collection and analysis in the field. The analysis conducted, using

participatory methods, is then used for either project formulation or writing

the project proposal as per the need. ERC Group also helps NGOs to

formulate programmes.

and fund raising

To have a well-documented project proposal is crucial in generating

resources. ERC GROUP. Initiates activities by writing the project proposals

at the request of clients. They regularly face the problem of proper

formulation of the project in the format the donor expects.

ERC Group conducts PRA exercises for clients. Training programmes have

been developed in Participatory methods. We conduct PRA training for

client’s Staff.

5 Development and management of

ecotourism projects along with

ecotourism activities

ERC Group has high-level expertise in developing ecotourism projects

along with activities and specialized work programmes. Developing

projects for community participation and involvement along with public

private partnership are major activities of the group.

6 Technical Advice ERC Group offers technical know-how and experience in the field of Agri-

environment, Forestry, Agro forestry, Product marketing through

networking, & Animal Husbandry to clients, to introduce or improve

agricultural and animal production quality in the villages

7 Monitoring and Evaluation As an extension of preparing and submitting project proposals ERC Group

conducts monitoring and evaluation of the project to report to the Donor

agencies. ERC Group also does monitoring and evaluation of other projects

on request.

8 Networking Networking aims at connecting local clients with organizations, churches

and individuals to raise money for projects. We also connect the needs of

local clients s with the services of other local clients and experts.
