information based on the regional scenarios developed from
regional workshops for social institutional study. The research
included a combination of key informant interviews, household
interviews, group interviews and construction of village and forest
maps and transects village level data collection, and institutional
mapping.

WORK ADVANTAGES OF ERC GROUP
1. ERC Group uses its technical knowledge in Forestry, Agriculture, Agri-environment, Biotechnology
based works and Rural development for data-collection and analysis in the field. The analysis conducted,
using participatory methods, is then used for either project formulation or writing the project proposal as
per the need.
2. Preparation of Environmental clearance proposals, Environmental impact assessments, Environmental
Management plans, Socio economic development packages, HRD projects etc.
3. ERC Group conducts PRA exercises for clients. Training programmes have been developed in
Participatory methods. We conduct PRA training for client’s Staff.
4. ERC Group has sound technical knowledge and capability of establishing and running hi-tech nurseries
for producing quality planting materials under controlled conditions as per international market
specifications and standards.
5. ERC Group has tie up with VWS EXPORT-IMPORT OF FLOWER BULBS, P.O. BOX 48,1720 AA,
