� The security personnel are minimum matriculate.

� On induction are given in-house training of 12 days to enable them to perform their duties.

� Specialized training of 7 days is imparted to security personnel to be deployed at a specific location, i.e., bank ATM, MNC, educational, manufacturing or personnel to be deployed at a specific location, i.e., bank ATM, MNC, educational, manufacturing or hospitality sector.

� Constant refresher trainings and on-the-job trainings are imparted – culminating in 29 training days every year for new inductees and 17 days for existing employees.

TRANSITION PHASESTRANSITION PHASES

� Our contract transition is divided into three phases:

• Pre-Award Phase: This period includes all activity currently

underway and continuing until notification of Contract Award.

• Award Activities: This period is from notification of Contract

Award until the approval of the Transition Plan is given by the
